Personale gentile e disponibile. Check-in veloce. Pranzo in terrazza dell'hotel vista mare all'orizzonte. Adana kebab tra i più buoni assaggiati durante il mio soggiorno. Tutti i servizi, mare e centro città facilmente raggiungibili a piedi 💯
The location isn’t bad tho not suitable for elder people being on hill
Room was very dirty, for 6 days only the bathroom was cleaned once and that’s after reporting it to reception. Toilet was damaged , floor dirty , door broken you have to force it to close it . Worse of all , was not allowed to pay by card and was forced to pay cash , forced me to cancel my reservation on booking so that i pay cash

Longer airing of apartments before new guests, you can feel the smell of cleaning chemicals.
Location is perfect, 5 min walking from Blue Mosque and 10 min from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi palace, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 10 min from tram station to reach other attractions. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable, free coffee and tea anytime at the reception. The place is also travel agency so they can help with tours. Good value for money. We will recommend.
Drain in the shower was slower. Rooms are quite small so it can be challenging if you have 2 pieces of big luggage.
