Pros:

The place was very well equipped and clean. The owner is very nice and looks after you. He even had a motorbike for rent which was good not having to go somewhere else for one. Would stay again

Comfortable and Reasonably Priced
Pros:

It’s a comfortable place to rest your body at a very reasonable price. Rented a motorbike from the proprietor which worked perfectly.

Good place if you're on a budget
Pros:

The price is one of the cheapest in the island, it's surrounded by shops to eat and buy anything one might need. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The room had a fridge, kettle and a mosquito killer racquet which was very useful! Generally the owner tries to make the room confortable with night lights, extra small mattresse to make the hard Thai mattresses feel better. Good pressure of the water and hot. The owner had very good communication and helped us with every request we had

Cons:

Our room had an annoying naphthalenene odour. We did not ask to change room since we didn't want to be next to the street which was noisy.
We also did not like that our room had carpets which for a hot weather place I can't find the utility.
The bathroom has no door and no ventilation system

The owner is pretty nice and helpful, it's clean and Good AC

For some people the main road is close and loud, for me it was ok and the owner was also offering a other room.
