We had made the partial payment but the property refused and we had to pay again. Even.booking.com did not help.

The location was good enough. Peaceful, away from the city, good neighborhood.

Fucked off with the location change,
I booked 2 days before for the OYO Ruby grand inn at Gachibowli ,vinay nagar.
When I went for check-in ,they said all the rooms were booked..
They suggested another branch of theirs , which was 10km far from the Gachibowli location at the time of 22:00pm.
We were completely fed up with this thing.
Apart from this all the amenities are well and good.
Dear hostel management, don't repeat this type of things bcz customer's book the room for to came and check in ,if these things happened ,it's not good for the management.

They offer low price to trap customer. Once you reach there, they are asking additional money to allow rooms. Very unprofessional behavior.
