The staff took my car for parking and scratched its doors. The management didnt even show the courtesy to reimburse or admit the mistake. A bad employee can ruin the reputation of an organization.

It could have been better
Pros:

Very very hot, with plenty of chilly,half the things on menu not available. Same with dinner.

Cons:

The refrigerator does not cool, bathroom door does not close, you have to be in your thirties to open the door (very hard).

If I have to move again to Kottayam, i would look for some better hotels than this. Customer service
Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

Room service was not upto the mark. The Room provided to us was without a land line / intercom. communications, be it to the reception or room service was dependent on cell phone. Some times was answered and some times not. Was travelling with family and the adjacent room was provided to bachelors for some party and the sound of which was a nuisance till late night. It was a joint room with a door in between. Hotel should be more careful in allocating rooms. Revenue is important but then service to the customers should also be considered.
