從夜間機場離開後，第二天想去相島的中間休息點

comfortable, convenient, at very reasonable rates
Pros:

location next to train station and opposite Aeon Mall with a Max Valu and Daiso was awesome
the bakery opposite was really nice, as well as a couple of cafes
that is, if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel
the free coffee, tea, iced/hot water, soft drinks, and alcohol were a huge hit, everyone would gather downstairs at night to drink and chat
the public baths were clean, spacious, and the water was just the right temp
a great base to explore Kumamoto prefecture if you don't need to stay right in the middle of downtown, esp if you have a car, then getting around is not a problem; if you needed to rely on public transport I imagine it would be less convenient, but if you're exploring Kumamoto via PT then it only really adds 15-20 mins to commute to the city centre
staff were exceptional, great service, very professional, always present at all hours to answer any questions
the climate control in the building was great, even on snowy days it was a comfortable 22.5 degrees Celsius indoors as far as I remember, I didn't turn on the AC for cooling or warmth once in a 6 day stay in the middle of winter, and slept with light covers in perfect sleeping temperature

Cons:

slight nitpick, you can't bottle the free water and take it away with you, even to your room
they did give you free bottles of water if you didn't need room service, and there were vending machines where you can buy bottled water

place was okay but not too clean. there was hair from another person on our bed. room and bed extremely small and pillows might be the eorst pillows one can gound around the world. personnel do not speak a word of English. parking costs 1000 yen for clients. breakfast sucks
