Ottimo soggiorno sotto ogni aspetto!
Hotel in posizione strategica, comodo per raggiungere le piste da sci, davvero a pochi passi. La spa, recentemente rinnovata, è moderna, curata e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve.
La mezza pensione è stata una piacevole sorpresa, con piatti di ottima qualità.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente, capace di farti sentire subito a casa.
Esperienza decisamente positiva, consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

Se proprio devo individuare un aspetto negativo, riguarda l’arredamento della camera e il bagno, che non risultano ancora rinnovati e appaiono un po’ datati.

The accommodation was excellent – a typical South Tyrolean style, always clean, cozy, and with a beautiful mountain view. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski lift. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. We really appreciated the nicely prepared Christmas Eve dinner. The wellness area was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Parking was available, and there was also a room for storing ski equipment.

Cons:

For us, the wellness opening hours were not entirely ideal, and the pillows were a bit too soft for our preference. These were only minor details.

Camera accogliente con bellissima vista sulla montagna. Molto bella la nuova spa per trascorrere qualche ora al pomeriggio.
Gentilissimo lo staff.

Cons:

Ad eccezione della serata con cena tipica ladina, pochi piatti della tradizione locale e proposte poco convincenti.
Sarebbe utile potersi presentare a cena dopo le 20:00.

Location, staff, dinners, brand new wellness, we loved everything. Free public buses for the guests.

Cons:

Wellness was amazing, great saunas, great whirlpool, tea bar, walk in garden. But it is opened only 2 hours a day 17:00-19:00. It would be great to have it open also after dinner, till 22:00 or so. Also most of the people in the sauna were wearing swimsuits...
