Kind staff and comfortable accommodations
Pros:

The staff was very kind and worked hard to make sure that all our needs were met! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is also located next to a great restaurant and some coffee shops.

Cons:

Our last night there was no water, but this was quickly fixed the next morning and the staff made sure we had plenty of water to drink.

The hotel had an excellent location in the center of Laayoune, making everything easily accessible. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, particularly the young man at the reception who stood out for his exceptional customer service.

Great hotel, you won't regret your choice
Pros:

The hotel itself was amazing, so clean, a perfect location you can walk to anywhere you want, the bus stop is round the corner. It is clean and the rooms are faaaaancy. The rooms are also cool and a perfect temperature. They are dark for sleeping and very very clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and I slept like a rock. The hotel is also beside some very good places to eat and relax, transport is easy.

The staff are very very kind and patient and let me leave my bags at reception, they helped me with everything I needed and a looooot more than that too. Someone was at reception 24/7 and was very kind. Othman was incredible and giving advices and even took me to the bus stop and helped me out more than I can express. I hope he gets a raise. Everyone else who I met I don't remember their names but they were very helpful and kind.

overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel.
Pros:

What I really liked is spacious rooms. Quite clean.
Friendly stuff.

Cons:

not all of the personnel speaks English. It took
me a long time to check-in until English speaking
man came.
