Beide Badetücher waren völlig nass, es befanden sich fremde Kleider im Zimmer, der Boden war nicht ganz sauber.

Pros:

Great location right in the city center in walking distance to the Cathedral, Saturday market, and most of all other shops. A few minutes walk from Riponne square and metro station from where you reach the main station in a few minutes (2 stops).

Cons:

The curtains close half of the windows (it looks like some of them were missing) so you have full light as of 5am.

Séjour un peu décevant, malgré la bonne situation et la sympathie du personnel.
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, la chambre propre et le personnel sympathique. L'hôtel est plutôt mignon, le studio a une belle vue, et le lit est confortable.

Cons:

A l'arrivée, pas de réception - il fallait se rendre au café, où le personnel ne trouvait pas ma réservation; j'ai dû attendre 20 min, fatiguée après le voyage, le temps que le patron décroche son téléphone. L'hôtel est un peu vétuste, avec une moquette dans le couloir qui ne sent pas très frais. Dans le studio, le micro-ondes était hors service, pas d'éponge ni de liquide vaisselle pour nettoyer son assiette. Le lavabo de la salle bain coule et inonde tout le sol. Le sèche-cheveux a une prise européenne qui ne rentre pas dans les prises de la chambre et est donc inutilisable. Le lieu a beaucoup de potentiel, mais sa gestion laisse énormément à désirer.

Prezzo contenuto (per gli standard svizzeri)

Cons:

Scarsa pulizia e poca cura: lenzuola non stirate, pavimento appiccicoso, odore di fogna dal bagno.
Nessuna reception, si viene accolti nel bar/ristorante al piano terra.

Great location
Pros:

Exceptional location, right in the heart of the city. Lots of space, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Four floors of stairs to climb up for the attic studio, and the stairs are very narrow and uneven. Kitchen was missing several tools, there wasn't even a dish sponge. Studio floor has several bumps, be careful where you're walking. Some of the ceiling is quite low as well.

La ubicación y el tamaño

Cons:

Pedí early check inn, a través de la app aceptaron y al llegar no estaban listos y me hicieron esperar una hora y media, mas tarde de lo indicado en el sitio. En Lausanne todos los hoteles otorgan la transport card, aquí omitieron la información, cuando la solicite me dijeron de ir a la oficina de turismo y ahí me reiteraron que era responsabilidad del hotel. No había papel de baño y dijeron mañana lo ponemos aunque al final me dieron toallas de papel para manos. Y no había cafetera aún si dice que si.
