Cons:

The hotel is located above a restaurant, and there is no dedicated reception or hotel staff—the restaurant employees handle the hotel operations. Upon arrival, I was handed my room key and went straight to my room without any identity check or formal check-in process. Unfortunately, the negative reviews regarding the room and facilities are accurate, so I won't repeat them; however, I felt very unsafe during my stay. Making a guest feel unsafe in Switzerland is honestly quite an achievement for a hotel. Since this was a business trip, I requested an invoice and sent two emails, but as there is no clear point of contact, I am not even sure if I will ever receive it.

Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, 2 Minuten von der Metro-Station «Riponne M. Béjart» entfernt.
Das Ein- und Auschecken funktionierte sehr einfach. Dazu meldeten wir uns im Restaurant, welches sich im gleichen Haus befindet.
Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Stockwerke verteilt. Es gibt keinen Lift. Wir hatten vier Zimmer gebucht. In drei Zimmern gab es keine Frottierwäsche für die Badezimmer (auch nicht nachdem dies dem Personal gemeldet wurde), in einem Zimmer fehlte zudem das WC-Papier.
Im obersten Zimmer (grosses Studio), unter dem Dach, war eine Mikrowelle vorhanden, welche nicht funktionierte. Für grosse Personen ist dieses Studio eher nicht geeignet.

Bin zum 3. Mal dort. Alles ganz ok, nur fit für den Aufstieg sein!
Pros:

Grosses Studio auf dem Dach erhalten. Sehr gut gelegen und ruhig.
‘Nur’ 5 Stockwerke ohne Lift zu bewältigen!

Cons:

A bit too loud if you come with a kid, staff is super busy, and the last day, the lady working just ignored us when we asked for toilet paper cause things were not pre-stocked before check in. The two workers on check in were super polite and helpful
