The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Room was clean and prompt room service. Food was lovely too.
The swimming pool wasn’t very clean and maintained. The hotel location isn’t very picturesque. Felt a bit overpriced.

The dirty rooms could have been cleaned. Shabby towels and that too only one for both of us. One tea cup in the room for both of us and no spoon. Breakfast was horrible and by any stretch of imagination the staff getting breakfast on the table at 8.15 AM is pathetic
