So much noise

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel as noisy as this one. I specifically chose it because it’s located off the main Malecón, expecting a quieter experience, but it turned out to be the exact opposite.

The restaurant attached plays music through poor quality speakers and an overpowered subwoofer at night, causing the entire building to literally vibrate until around midnight. Inside the hotel, guests were extremely inconsiderate, speaking loudly in the corridors constantly and allowing their children to run around screaming at all hours, with no intervention from the hotel staff.

One night around 11:15pm, a child was even watching an iPad at full volume in the hallway outside my room. When I went out to ask the parent to turn it off, I discovered it was the child of one of the hotel’s own staff members.

There is no sound insulation whatsoever, and every noise echoes through the walls and ceilings.

It’s a shame because without the constant noise, this could have been a lovely stay. Unfortunately, the lack of peace and quiet completely ruined the experience for me, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful visit.

Cómo hospedaje está muy bien, pero el restaurante es caro en comparación de lo que hay alrededor. Hay restaurantes iguales más baratos o mucho mejores al mismo precio, la atención del restaurante no me gustó mucho. La del hotel excelente.
