Amazing staff, wrong direction
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and did anything requested of them promptly and with a smile. The air conditioning was very strong.

Cons:

Unfortunately it felt like the hotel is operating to maximise profits which as a business is all well and good but not when it comes at the expense of the customer. For a hotel that is billed as being 4 stars, I expected a lot more. For example, we were told to turn off the air con when we leave our room to save energy so they don't have to put their prices up - as someone not accustomed to Filipino heat, not being able to come back to a cold room isn't great. Also basic amenities such as shampoo were not provided and even water came at a cost. There wasn't even a mirror in the bedroom and the light was so dim sometimes you had to use a torch to see what you were doing. The staff did help us a lot but in ways they really shouldn't have had to. For example we really struggled sleeping in the bed due to both a super powerful AC and bedsheets which were paper thin. We also had just one pillow each which felt like airbags when you rested your head on them. Fortunately we were given a blanket and two additional pillows (which were much better) to help though it was still a struggle. Breakfast was the bare minimum with even things such as an extra coffee being chargeable. At 150 pesos however, it is fair. I can only rate this as a 5 when considering it is supposedly 4 stars it has the facilities or a 2 star hotel at best. Please look for other ways to save money and put guest comfort first.

I cannot recommend Agoho Resort enough! From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of perfection. Here is why this place needs to be on your bucket list:
• Breathtaking Location: The views are simply stunning. Whether you’re waking up to the sunrise or watching the colors change at dusk, the scenery is a 10/10.
• Impeccable Property: You can tell the owners take immense pride in their resort. The grounds are beautiful, lush, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
• Top-Tier Dining: The kitchen service is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and order the burger—it was legitimately awesome and easily one of the best I’ve ever had!
• Warm Hospitality: What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to assist with anything you might need. You feel truly supported and welcomed from the moment you arrive.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with great food and even better service, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Ich war nun 4Wochen im Agoho Resort und bin überglücklich, dass ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden habe😍
Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich!
Die Zimmer sind extrem sauber und haben für eine abgelegene Insel auf den Philippinen einen hohen Standard. Die Küche ging auf meine Wünsche ein und ich hatte ausgezeichnetes gutes Essen.

Ich bedanke mich nochmals bei euch allen und werde euch immer in meiner Erinnerung halten❤️

Pros:

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Agoho Resort. Das Personal, u.a. Judy und Ann waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und speziell Peter hat mir an meinem Abreisetag geholfen, in dem er mir einen meiner Rucksäcke zum Flughafen gefahren hat. Wenn man im Agoho Resort ist, sollte man das kleine Restaurant nicht nur für das wunderbare Frühstück nutzen, sondern unbedingt dort auch zu Abendessen. Das Menü ist zwar klein, aber speziell die Pasta Antonio war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage des Resorts ist perfekt, da man direkt neben mehreren Restaurants ist und einen privaten Zugang zum Strand hat.

Excellent. A must stay.
Pros:

The staff are excellent. Really helpful and made staying here worth every penny. Very clean, felt safe, and secure.

Cons:

Minor thing, but they provide only one bed sheet, no blanket or comforter. The bed sheet wasn’t big enough for both my partner and I to share. Everything was available upon request though. Just had to ask for it. :)

Ruhiges Resort, etwas eng, gut für kurze Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank waren sehr nützlich. Ruhige Lage, Restaurant in der Nähe.

Cons:

Etwas eng, Dusche zu wenig abgegrenzt : Der Boden im Bad wird nass und bleibt nass.

Bel endroit avec personnel agréable.
Pros:

Une chambre avec vue sur la mer et sur les îles White Sand avec un personnel très attentionnés. Location de scooter possible pour 500p.

Cons:

Manque un peu d’équipement dans la chambre (pas de shampoing, tancarville). Quelques fourmis dans la chambre, ne pas laisser traîner de nourriture.

Une bien jolie maison dans un très beau jardin pour un séjour au calme

Le calme de l’endroit. Le beau jardin. Ma chambre très cosy avec vue sur la mer. La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L’eau de la douche qui passe sans prévenir du brûlant au froid et vice versa. Le café limitré à une tasse dans la formule petit déjeuner.

we would 100% definitely stay here again on Camiguin!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and so warm! The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

Wifi was a little unreliable but did give us a chance to really disconnect and enjoy the peace of being on vacation.
