Sjarmerende hotell rett ved sanddynene
Pros:

Veldig vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. Pent ute-område og helt ok rom. Alt var veldig rent og ryddig. Innholdsrik frokost-buffet og god mat.

Cons:

Hadde informert om sen ankomst, men et eller annet hadde gått tapt i oversettelsen, for da vi kom (hentet fra flyplass av personal fra hotellet) kunne de ikke finne bookingene våre og mente at hotellet var fult. Det løste seg etter en halvtimes tid, men etter en hel dag med reising var dette ganske kjedelig.

Its a large property right on the dunes, the pool was nice, rooms clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly.

My room was a single king size bed, but standing room only.

Moment inoubliable dans le désert !

Belle piscine et décor très Sud
Belle chambre grande avec une petite terrasse …
Petit déjeuner généreux…
Nous avons fait la balade et le bivouac avec eux et c’était sublime !

Pros:

Même si Le parking était à bonne distance de l'auberge comme toujours à CHEFCHAOUEN, un charmant jeune homme est venu nous chercher et nous ramener le lendemain en portant notre valise ! L'endroit est très Cosi, la chambre agréablement décorée,
très propre, au calme et literie et douche au top. Bon petit déjeuner, personnel super agréable, je recommande les yeux fermés.

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione. Il Riad e’ bellissimo e la piscina lo rende perfetto. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile, ci ha permesso di restare in piscina fino alla nostra partenza per il deserto. Cena buonissima! Lo. Consiglio

Fine for one night before staying in the dunes
Pros:

Location by the dunes.
Staff really helpful

Cons:

The evening meal was expensive and a really poor buffet.
The room had a bad smell of drains!

Pros:

The pool and rooms are very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately the organisation wasnt that good and dinner was mideocre and too expensive for the quality. The staff were nice enough to wash our clothes at our request however when we got them back again some of the clothes were ruined and full of orange spots

Pros:

The pool was very welcoming after taking in the heat of the day.

Cons:

The restaurant choices were very limited. Breakfast by 9.00am there wasn't anything left to eat, which was disappointing. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Room was very dark.

Hotel has seen better times
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the dunes. Dinner and Breakfast were included. Hotel featured a pool and restaurant, but has definitely seen better times... maybe that was because of Ramadan.

Cons:

Hotel is in a deteriorated condition, because it is not taken care of. Some cleaning and a bit of color here and there could bring the hotel back to former glory. Sports area is theoretically there, but was not in a shape to be used.

Great pool and close to the dunes, we were able to go.for a walk into the dunes in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place.
Pros:

I liked the decor and attention to detail; a great pool; and an excellent buffet dinner.

Cons:

Minor maintenance issues such as loose elec outlet covers, light bulbs not working, etc. Not a big deal - just annoying when everything else is great.
