Excellent hotel in Meribel
Pros:

Door to ski and incredible service from Fred the pro ski shop keeper

Cons:

The spa pool is relatively small with cold water and gets crowded around 6pm

Unforgivable stay in Meribel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, ski in, ski out, directly to the slopes. Welcome at the reception was warm and friendly. Marie and Aleksandar were of big assistance. Breakfast is excellent. All in all, awesome place.

Cons:

There is nothing to be told here.

Great location and very comfortable hotel which with just a little more customer focus could be exceptional.
Pros:

The hotel offers an excellent ski-in ski-out location within walking distance to the center of Meribel where you can find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has only 18 rooms so has a nice family feel to it and has a nice but small spa area with plunge pool, sauna & steam room. Excellent service in the ski room. For a French hotel, rooms are of a good size.

Cons:

Considering the price it did not feel like the customer was the top priority. Staff were friendly but did not go out of there way to help. Offer at breakfast was good but not exceptional. Ski room on site was great but the equipment hire was expensive and they did not have a wide range. They charge you to keep your own equipment in the ski room. No toiletries in the bathrooms so you need to buy your own shower gel etc. Not a big issue but now what you expect from a luxury family run hotel. Feels like there are doing just enough rather than that little bit extra.

Pros:

Hotel exceptionnel à taille humaine. Magnifique. Equipe professionnelle et à l'écoute. C'était juste formidable. Je le recommande fortement.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Приготовленные по нашему заказу морские гребешки с формованной палентой и ризотто были превосходными, лучшими в трёх долинах!!!
Говядина с фуагра-шикарны!!!
