The city was great, terrible hotel.
Pros:

It was the first time we stayed in that area and it was ok. More laid-back neighborhood than we were used to.

Cons:

You could somewhat tell it used to be a nice place. Now, there are TV’s in the rooms throughout the hotel that do not work, noWiFi. No washcloths throughout, no body-wash, barely shampoo. The table in the room was stained and had dusty chairs. Some shades did not open. All the way around, it was dumpy. Partly my fault as I didn’t read the amenities for the hotel, I just assumed those things would be available. The room was just plain unacceptable. The best thing was the male attendant at the front desk was very understanding and told us he always gets complaints about the hotel. He has talked to management with no results. He asked me to not use his name when I write the review for fear of his job.

Excelente ubicacion y un buen lugar solo para ir a dormir, no para pasar tiempo en el hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación es realmente privilegiada, muy central y facil de llegar. La habitación era bastante grande y cómoda.

Cons:

Ninguno de los dias tuve limpieza del cuarto aún cuando lo pedí, el wifi no funcionaba del todo bien. El frigobar estaba desconectado y no se puede ver nada en la tv ni canales abiertos.

Recepcionista mulher não entende nada do hotel, não conseguiu alguém para abrir o frigobar, e não dava a mínima atenção ficava no celular e nem olhava pra quem estava atendendo, o pessoal que atende nos quartos não fala inglês e nem um garfo conseguiram me trazer, o principal problema é o frigobar que ficava trancado e não dava pra usar e me falaram que não podiam resolver, de todos hotéis que fiquei esse foi o pior

Well located and room was spacious

Cons:

The AC didn't work, and the room was pretty warm, making it uncomfortable. The Internet didn't work correctly and kept working intermittently.
A guy was shouting on the street just outside the hotel for several hours very late at night, and the staff didn't do anything to address it.

Wir würden dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen.
Pros:

Nur die Lage war gut, sonst nichts.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter sind demotiviert und inkompetent. Es findet keine Zimmerreinigung statt, auch kein Handtuchwechsel - wir waren 5 Nächte dort. Im Bad gibt es weder Shampoo noch Duschgel, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Toilettenpapier muss man sich an der Rezeption abholen. Wir waren das erste Mal in New York und wissen nicht wie vergleichbare Hotels sind.

Cons:

Le logement a fermé alors que nous étions encore dedans nous avions été obligé de trouver un autre logement, il n’y avait plus dedans personnel dans cet établissement ce sont les pompiers qui nous ont demandé de partir.

No tv, internet, phones didn't work, ceiling in shower peeling, handheld shower leaking, room smelled, coffee maker available but didn't come with coffee (had to be purchased from a grocery store by the guest). Basicaly, a DUMP. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
