Prima hotel voor een nachtje Nijmegen. Erg vriendelijk personeel

Goede ligging in het leuke Nijmegen

Underbart hotell med jättesnälla personal.

Jättesnäll och hjälpsam personal.Rummet var rent och luktade gott! Bokar säkert igen den hotell när jag kommer till Nijmegen!

Good location and great customer service!
Pros:

The location is amazing and the person who received us at check in was very nice and kind. The rooms were fine - nice balcony and nice selection of teas.

Edit: After I posted my review, the owner reached out to me right away and genuinely showed interest in resolving the situation. He assured us that they will check the bed in the room we stayed in to make sure everything is in good condition for future guests. It was really nice to see how much they care about their clients, and we are certainly open to giving them a second chance.

Cons:

Unluckily we found our bed to be super uncomfortable and the pillows are super high and puffy which makes it impossible to sleep on them. Also, there are lots of noises coming in from the rooms next to us and the building itself. It's quite annoying that the ventilator in the bathroom only stops after an hour of having turned off the light. We couldn't really sleep nor relax.
Also, when checking out, they asked my husband if everything was alright; he replied saying that he did not have a good night and the two young girls who were staffing weren't even interested in what the problem was. Luckily the owner is on top of things which is a very good sign!

verassend mooie studio in het hart van Nijmegen!!

een verassend mooie studio op een prachtige locatie. Midden in de stad. Parkeergelegenheid en bereikbaarheid was top.
bij een volgend bezoek aan de stad ga ik hier zeker weer boeken!

Supergoed op hele leuke locatie.
Pros:

De ligging, het mooie uitzicht op de gezellige straat, het zeer vriendelijke personeel, grote mooie kamer, goed bed, goede badkamer.

Cons:

De kamer is erg gehorig. Ondanks dat de ramen gesloten waren kon je een gesprek van buiten op straat binnen letterlijk verstaan. Wat betere raamisolatie en het is helemaal perfect!
