From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Location is strategic
Staff , dirty rooms , dusty , not suitable for people with Asthma and Sinus
Nothing is good, bad experience
1) Had made room reservation via booking.com and put my credit card details. However, when tried to check in at the hotel, were asked to pay cash for the reservation. We’ve told the staff that we’ve made the reservation via booking.com, but the staff said it’s a different payment and they don’t take the payment. Were asked to settle the matter on our own with booking.com. What a weird experience.
2) The room was so so only, but the aircon is pretty bad. The staff told us that it will take around 10 minutes to feel cold. When tried, waited more than 10 minutes and it was not cold with setting of 16 degree and full speed. When checked the aircon, found inside is full of dust and very very black. Look like it has never been cleaned for many years.
3) When asked at the counter about making the reservation and payment, different staff told us different stories. Don’t know how the hotel operates.
