We had a great stay at Amnaya Hotel. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eka, who was especially kind and very helpful.
The breakfast had a great variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and tasty.

Toilet in the same area as the bedroom with little separation which creates a lack of privacy.

The location, the area around the hotel isn’t the nicest, but this isn’t the hotels fault. The tv would be better if it had smart features instead of just channels.
The staff were all so amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. We loved the pool area and the spa was to die for. The menu was delicious and every breakfast we were so full. It was such a great stay. The location is good, walking distance to some places or a quick grab anywhere.
The toilet has a sewage smell to it. We told the staff and they cleaned it straight away but unfortunately the smell came back so we kept the door closed. We also smelt this on our balcony. However, it didn’t stop our amazing stay here and would definitely come back and recommend this place.
Lovely resort and close to restaurants
The beach at tgat end of the beach quite dirty but nothing to do with the resort. Even better beaches a short drive away
We had a wonderful stay at Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Lisa.

Very lovely hotel and staff are super friendly and helpful. A girl named Lisa recommended some nice places, which were much better than what I have found online. The breakfast was great too.

What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Without exception, they were outstanding — Lisa, Mia, April, Chandra, Artana, Risky, Dona, and many others. There was no obvious sense of rigid “command and control”; instead, the team worked together with remarkable harmony and cooperation.
The pool and pool bar were excellent, and the live music each evening was a delight to enjoy.
It was difficult to get a reservation in their excellent spa!
