Highly recommend staying here!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, from entry to departure. Such respectful and considerate hospitality. Amnaya is very beautiful the gym was incredible, the pool although small was perfect, the pool bar was great too. We enjoyed the menu, daily we couldn’t wait to try something new. My fussy eater son was well catered to. Thank you to Candra in the restaurant and the whole front of house team. Nothing was ever too much effort.

It was very pleasant overall
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The Sunlounges were not adjustable and very uncomfortable. They had no soft removable pads. There was no railing anywhere there was stairs or steps. The food from the restaurant was often not very hot.

Nice bit of luxury without the luxury price
Pros:

Amazing breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. If things went wrong they did all they could to sort it out.

Cons:

We scored this hotel 8 because of our personal experience. Had we been in a quieter room I suspect it would have got 9 or even 10!

What was wrong? We booked this a long time ago. It would have been cheaper to wait until nearer the time and it's my fault for not checking prices before the free cancellation date. Very annoying though.

The main issue was that we were in room 209, right next to the cleaning and maintenance room which was in constant use from 7am. The door squeaked every time it was used and we asked them to oil it. They did, but we shouldn't need to ask for that to be done in a hotel like this. Also, the noise of things being put away, sorted out, or whatever they were doing meant an afternoon nap was impossible. The hotel did offer to move us but by then we had completed one of our three nights and it just wasn't worth the hassle of moving.

Excellent stay. Outstanding staff
Pros:

Place was in an excellent location. Food was fabulous and the staff was incredible. We had the most interaction with Dea and she was over the top outstanding with us during our stay.

Cons:

If I had to choose something, perhaps the price of the massages at the hotel. They were a bit more than around the island.

Pros:

We loved the experience of staying at Amnaya. The service is exceptional and the staff are all very friendly. The suites are spacious and well maintained. Highly recommend the Bhava Spa. Loved the vibe and food at the restaurant and the breakfast is again exceptional. Also, I would like to mention April from the restaurant team- she is aware of the dietary requirements of all the guests and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs.

The property was amazing. It was clean and the staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was so spacious with a beautiful tub.

It was our honeymoon so the decorated our bed so beautifully with flowers.

Pros:

We had a great time at the Amnaya Resort. From the start the staff were helpful, the staffs at the restaurant all lovely( Everyone loved our baby girl), it is normal in Bali to be gaga with babies. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

No room service available and no platform for a movie available on the TV.

Great rooms, very large.
Nice pool and very quiet.
Housekeeping very good.

Cons:

Too much light in the room when sleeping. This was mainly to do with the aircon temp gauge indication panel.
Otherwise, nothing else I didn't like.
