Relaxing and beautiful stay in the heart of Nusa dua.
Pros:

Spacious room, very well maintained facilities, pool was lovely and relaxing, loved the in-house spa treatments, excellent restaurant. Staff were exceptional- so helpful, very friendly and kind.

Amnaya was exceptional
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean and had a great view. Staff were extremly friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Music in the resturant was excellent. The food was amazing.
Pool was real nice

Cons:

Small walk to pool but the sunbeds were really uncomfortable, sadly

كانت الإقامة في الفندق ممتازة ، وكل شيء كان على مستوى عالي من النظافة والراحة والتنظيم.
الغرفة كانت مريحة، وجميع الموظفين كانوا بشوشين ومتعاونين.

وأخص بالشكر Lisa و Erik على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والمتابعة طوال فترة إقامتي، كانوا حريصين على التأكد من أن كل شيء يسير بشكل ممتاز.

We really liked our room 😊 we had a guy called Eka walk us to our room and tell us everything about our stay and it was a great introduction which was really nice 😊

Hidden Gem - amazing quality for money
Pros:

We love the size of this boutique hotel. Not too many guests, but massive rooms. Beautiful breakfast and food at this special restaurant and the best spa in Bali. Staff were lovely and attentive. Absoute value for money

Cons:

The only negative is the location. Pity it isn't down in the Nusa Dua area with the beautiful beaches. We use it as a final wind down to our holiday and just stay in the hotel. It is priced accordingly though.

Calm and relaxing. Very peaceful.
Pros:

Very clean and well kept. Staff all extremely polite, friendly, and fast to respond to any requests. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk from the beach. Very relaxing vibe around pool and gym. Overall cannot complain about anything.

I recommend asking for a room that is not street facing , it can get really noisy on that busy road.
