We travelled due to a family bereavement. The staff were exceptional in finding sufficient rooms for us all, including putting extra bed in one room. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. Additional pillows were provided on request. Hotel very clean and breakfast surprisingly good. Restaurant Istas at the hotel is also excellent

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Sunday morning reception was locked up until 08:00 and we could not access breakfast/downstairs facilities which was unfortunate when we had an early departure.

Personeel kon enkel Engels.
De kamers waren ruim maar kil aangekleed. Het was er ijskoud en de lakens en hoofdkussens hadden vuile plekken!!!
Ontbijt was zeer gewoontjes en geen oog voor detail en gezelligheid (de mueslidozen van Colruyt stonden er gewoon geopend bij.)
Prijs per overnachting, nl 172 euro is te veel voor hetgeen het maar is, schande dat ze zoveel durven te vragen.
