Lucy - who greeted us, showed us to room, gave us directions was excellent. Friendly, helpful and professional.

Staff were really friendly and the location was good.
We upgraded to a better room at a cost of £156.40, I am sorry but the room was not worth anything like that money. The drain in the shower couldn't cope with the amount of water and overflowed onto the floor, I had to remove the hair trap to let the water out. I don't knowow who was in the room above but it sounded like a herd of Wilderbeasts. The pub itself looked tired and not very welcoming.

Excellent location and nothing was a problem with the staff . Room was very clean and breakfast was really good and if in the area again I would no doubt return

Drinks in the hotel were a bit pricey
Sunday roast was superb we booked a table when we arrived ,room was a good size , the host let us use the carpark before check in so we could explore the surrounding area , the staff explained everything on check in
sorry to be picky could have served orange juice with breakfast and more yoghurt with the muesli , The tv was on a fixed bracket so couldn't move around to watch in bed properly with the morning cup of tea
