Long wait for breakfast
Great location ,friendly staff excellent size room and very clean
Lovely room with a bath - ideal for watching the rugby on TV! Really enjoyed the hotel side.
The bar was very noisy and late at night we were unable to watch the TV as the bass from downstairs was so loud. There was no need for it to be as loud as it was because it was virtually empty. Needs soundproofing.
As per above. Very noisy.

Location
Nothing as I was unable to stay as even though the booking and my money was accepted by both booking.com and the hotel the hotel was not actually open due to a refurbishment when we arrived to check in.
My booking and money was accepted in October for a stay in January. The hotel was closed for a refurbishment. You took my money and I arrived to check in. This was for my wife’s birthday. We then had to find and pay for somewhere else. There was no assistance offered and as of a week later I still have not received a refund. There was no email or message to let me know that the hotel was closed.
Great location in the centre of town. Parking available albeit limited. Comfortable room.
