Schönes familiäres Hotel außerhalb des Großstadttrubels
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Personal, ruhige Lage in einem Paradies zum Radfahren und Wandern, schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Brügge, Lüttich, Löwen, Gent...
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wurden mit leckerem Frühstück sowie abwechslungsreichen Gerichten am Abend mit Dessert und unter Berücksichtigung persönlicher Vorlieben verwöhnt.
Bruno, unser Gastgeber, spricht auch deutsch. Celina hat uns super bekocht, und ihre Zabaione ist ein Gedicht. Flip, Leander und Jan machen einen super Job, wobei ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Flip geht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes sind wir zu echten Fans geworden. Auch wegen seines Humors.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern.

Een fijn plekje om zeker nog eens terug te doen!
Pros:

Het fietshotel is prachtig gelegen. De inrichting van het fietscafé ademt "wielrennen" uit. Het terras heeft een supermooi uitzicht en is heel zonnig. Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Fantastisch voor als je fietsen bijhebt. Maar ook om te gaan wandelen, is dit hotel goed gelegen in de mooie streek rond Borgloon. Het ontbijt was zeker voldoende. Er werd ook gevraagd welk eitje je wou. Lekkere koffie. De menukaart is niet zo uitgebreid, maar wat we gegeten hadden, was wel lekker.

Cons:

Op de televisie kon je niet alle zenders zien. (bv. geen VTM) We kregen de airco niet goed geregeld waardoor het warm op de kamer was. Bij het boeken stond halfpension, maar het bleek enkel ontbijt te zijn.

The place to be midden in een fantastisch mooie streek
Pros:

Alles draait en leeft rond fietsers, al kan éénieder er zich welkom voelen. Eén fantastisch terras waar de zon tot ‘‘s avonds schijnt. De nieuwe uitbater die zijn uiterste best voor je doet.

Pros:

Personal war super freundlich und bemüht!
Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Wegen einer Fahrrad Veranstaltung sind wir wohl vergessen worden, konnten aber bei einem Bier auf Kosten des Hauses kurz darauf warten, Abends gab es leider nichts mehr zu essen, am ersten Morgen gab es leider nicht alles beim Frühstück, was es sonst gab, es war schon etwas dürftig und am zweiten Tag gab es gar kein Frühstück, auch wegen der Fahrrad Veranstaltung, was uns dann aber bei der Übernachtung abgezogen wurde, also alles gut, wir haben uns dann ein Cafe gesucht,
Zimmer waren sauber, Betten etwas weich, aber akzeptabel, die Badezimmer Tür hielt nur zu, wenn man absperrte, sonst alles top.

De dame die het ontbijt verzorgt werkt enorm hard en deed erg haar best

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek dat 1 van de 2 douches verstopt was. De onderbuurvrouw kwam aanbellen snachts omdat het zelfs bij haar lekte. Niemand was bereikbaar. Daarna op vrijdag stroomde ook nog eens de toilet over. Zelf maar materiaal gezocht om het te verhelpen.
Volgende dag 5 x gebeld, mail gestuurd, whatsapp met eigenaar en niemand neemt op, heb voicemail ingesproken en geen reactie. Lekkage is niet gemaakt, dus dat was met 8 man erg vervelend.

Very comfortable great value and very clean
Pros:

Owner was very friendly and helpful , he made our stay very comfortable.He made enjoyable breakfast and even welcomed our friends in for a hot drink .we will stay there again next time we visit our friends
