مساء الخير،

أنا نزلت عندكم مؤخرًا لمدة يومين، وحبيت أشارككم ملاحظاتي بكل شفافية لأنني فعلاً توقعت مستوى خدمة أعلى من المكان.

أولاً: أثناء وجودي في السبا، طلبت مني الموظفة خلع المجوهرات والإكسسوارات قبل الجلسة، وفعلاً تركتها هناك. ولكن بعد مغادرتي، لم يتم إرجاعها لي رغم أنني أقمت يومين في الفندق ولم يتواصل معي أحد بهذا الخصوص.
زرت السبا قبل مغادرتي إلى المطار وجلست فيه أكثر من 25 دقيقة (من الساعة 12 إلا ربع صباحًا إلى 12 وربع ظهرًا)، ولم يكن هناك أي موظف أو استقبال يمكنني التحدث معه.
وحتى اليوم لم أستردّ مجوهراتي، وأتمنى متابعة الموضوع بشكل جدي.

ثانيًا: خلال الإقامة، كان هناك مجموعة من الشباب تحت غرفتي يصدرون أصواتًا عالية ويغنون حتى الساعة الثانية بعد منتصف الليل، مما سبب لي إزعاجًا كبيرًا ومنعني من النوم جيدًا.

ثالثًا: بخصوص العشاء، تفاجأت أنه حتى وأنا من نزيلات الفندق، يجب أن أحجز طاولة مسبقًا قبلها بيوم كامل، وإلا لا يُسمح لي بالدخول إلى المطعم.
وصلت إلى المطعم الساعة الثامنة والنصف مساءً، وقيل لي إنه لا توجد طاولات متاحة، وإن الخيار الوحيد هو أن يرسلوا لي الطعام إلى الغرفة.
بصراحة هذا غير مقبول، لأن من الطبيعي أن تكون الأولوية لنزلاء الفندق، خصوصًا إذا لم يتم توضيح هذه السياسة عند تسجيل الدخول.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، جودة الطعام كانت دون المستوى المتوقع لمطعم فندقي، الأكل كان بسيط جدًا، وطريقة التقديم غير احترافية، أقرب إلى أكل مستشفى وليس مطعم خمس نجوم.

كل هذه الأمور أثرت فعلاً على راحتي وتجربتي في الإقامة، وأتمنى من الإدارة مراجعة هذه الملاحظات بعناية، لأن المكان فعلاً جميل ويستحق أن تكون التجربة فيه على قدر سمعته واسمه

Het oogt mooi op foto’s, maar ter plaatse is het erg basis. Restaurants en service prima, maar we komen niet meer terug

Sfeerloze en viezige kamer. Spinnenwebben in alle hoekjes doordat de kamer erg hoog was. Het voelt allemaal wat alternatief aan, ook de zwembaden. Erg basic als je het vergelijkt met andere hotels in de buurt waardoor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet juist is

Capelongue is a warm and welcoming hotel in a stunning setting.
Pros:

The hotel is set in beautifully maintained grounds a short walk from the centre of Bonnieux. We were travelling with our 3 month old and the hotel was so accommodating, providing us with a cot, baby bath, baby towel, bottle warmer and toy! We felt so welcomed and they made our stay so easy!

Cons:

The breakfast offering was a little limited.

Un cadre superbe mais une expérience mitigée

- extérieurs de l’hôtel très jolis
- super emplacement pour découvrir la région
- restaurant la bergerie agréable

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre « standard » sans nous rendre compte de la (très) petite surface de cette chambre et avons donc été très déçus tant par son (extrême) manque de lumière que par son manque d’espace…
Si nous entendons que ces critères sont liés à la catégorie de notre chambre, nous estimons tout de même que les équipements étaient très insuffisants pour un 5 étoiles. Le rapport qualité// prix n’a pas du tout été au rdv idem d’ailleurs pour le SPA qui n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Nous soulignons tout de même la disponibilité du directeur qui s’est montré attentif et charmant mais si nous reviendrons - sans aucun doute dans la région - malheureusement, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement..
