Pros:

Prima uitgangspunt om te wandelen in de natuur. Restaurant van het hotel was zeker een pluspunt.

De kamers waren niet helemaal geluidsarm, je hoorde de buren

Je liep zo het bos in. En geweldig gegeten met een ontzettend lekkere bierproeverij.

Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel; le restaurant possède une très belle carte, il y a une belle terrasse avec plaine pour les enfants; possibilité de visiter l'Espace Chimay sans oublier un petit souvenir à la boutique. Une chouette escapade en-dehors de la ville, parfait pour un petit week-end.

Pensavamo molto meglio.
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per l abbazia di chimay. Unica nota positiva perché il ristorante ed il birrificio è proprio sotto.
Discretamente pulito e le lenzuola molto belle.
Il frigo bar super rifornito.

Cons:

La camera 8 è esageratamente rumorosa perché sopra la cucina e il sistema di aerazione non si ferma mai. Ed eravamo i soli in tutto l hotel. La camera singola invece dava sulla strada era piena di cimici.
Il personale della cena molto gentile ma i piatti non sono chissà che. Alla mattina non avevamo la colazione ma il personale delle pulizie molto gentile e disponibile. Dopo l orario di chiusura non rimane nessuno nella struttura. Siamo rimasti delusi
Le stanze hanno bisogno di essere rinnovate.

Pros:

The auberge it's very nice and traditional. The room is cozy with comfortable beds. The monastery where Chimay beer is made is very close, 10 minute walking. We took the breakfast apart (15€ per person) which was very good. We also did the tour to Chimay museum, which is nice, but I think it should be already included in the room price.

Séjour agréable et le personnel très sympathique, d'ailleurs je conseille vivement cette auberge.
Pros:

l'emplacement de l'auberge est très bien et la vue sur la forêt ou de l'autre côté, sur les champs était vraiment agréable.
La gentillesse de toute l'équipe que ce soit au bar , l'accueil à la réception ou le personnel du nettoyage des chambres, était parfaite! L'établissement sait recevoir est c'est un point crucial pour les gens de passage ou même pour les personnes qui restent plusieurs jours.
Enfin, pour les amateurs de bières, osez les différentes variétés de bières, avec modération tout de même^^

Pros:

Etablissement très propre. Cuisine gourmande et variée . On se retrouve dans la forêt juste en traversant la chaussée . Personnel jeune et disponible .

Cons:

La salle de bain , très propre , est un peu vétuste . Un petit coup de pinceau à proximité de la fenêtre et hop , c'est reparti .

brilliant and i'll be back
Pros:

Truly one of my best stays in Belgium. The Staff was amazing and super helpful. The bar fridge was stocked with delish cold beer, as you would expect. The "Chimay experience was worth the few euro's and breakfast was spot on.
