Лифт непонятно куда приезжает и какой жизнью живёт! На ресепшене не могут толково ответить на вопросы ...друг на друга перекладывают ответственность...Нужно было решить с резервацией...нам не помогли.

Cons:

A las 10 de la mañana, el servicio de limpieza vino a la habitación. Le indicamos que saldríamos de la misma en 40 minutos y que entonces podían limpiar. Dejaron la habitación sin arreglar y cuando llegamos por la tarde, las camas no estaban hechas ni habían limpiado el baño
Al pedir indicación sobre sitios para comer y salir no nos la supieron dar.

Experiencia muy desagradable, nada recomendable

"Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido una decepción total y no volveremos más.

Al estar situado en la misma autovía, el aislamiento de las ventanas es pésimo; se escucha todo el tráfico y es imposible descansar, pasamos una noche malísima.

Habitación muy pequeña, a esto se suma que la cama doble era extremadamente pequeña e incómoda para dos personas.

Además, el hotel presenta serias barreras arquitectónicas, con escalones innecesarios para acceder a algunas habitaciones, lo cual es muy poco funcional.

Para rematar, el horario de desayunos empieza demasiado tarde, lo que no tiene sentido para un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy desagradable. No lo recomendamos en absoluto."

Location in particular near the beach, I was at the back so no issue with road noise

Cons:

The room was large with hardly any furniture and there were a few things that didn’t work in my room. Hairdryer ( which they fixed) the cold water tap in the sink, the bath plug stuck so you couldn’t empty the bath without wrecking your nails and finally the safe didn’t have a key so couldn’t be used. I was going to report all to them as I was leaving but it was early and the man on duty was half a sleep with little English spoken

Great apart from the noise
Pros:

room with lovely bath near beach and when windy pool area sheltered

Cons:

unfortunately my room was very noisy as facing the motorway (didnt have quadraple double glazing like my friends room !)
