Buena ubicación, limpio, cómodo y bien trato
Pros:

El trato de Martín en recepción y su capacidad para solucionar problemas que surgieron

Cons:

Tienen un poco de descoordinación con el parking del Baluarte y puede que te encuentres que el parking no abre la barrera porque desde el hotel no han informado bien, o si lo han hecho el parking no ha registrado a los huéspedes

Mejorar insonorización
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal es fantástico.

Cons:

Deben revisar la insonorización del lado 105, 205, 305, 405, 505 (las que dan al exterior por las dos terrazas), ya que no lo es y lo están anunciando como tal. Miramos las ventanas y tienen gomas normales no de climatic y se cuela el sonido por ahí.
