Stunning and spacious villa on the beach, but rudimentary service standard.
Pros:

The villa was so gorgeous, with French doors that took you straight to the ocean via a 1 minute walk through a coconut tree grove. The location and its proximity to a fantastic beach with water sports deserves more than 10/10. The rooms were massive and the bathroom was palatial, with a giant shower cubicle as well as a freestanding clawfoot bath.

Cons:

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I have to be honest. The staff seemed well intentioned, but I felt that management have not invested in proper training. Some spoke rudimentary English and some couldn’t communicate at all. The general vibe was like a grand and beautiful hotel that had passed its heyday and that the owner must have given up trying. It felt like it was about to close down or be sold. We paid for the half board package (breakfast and dinner included). Unlike other hotels in the same price range, there was no buffet. The food was brought to you. Breakfast was sustaining but unexciting- eggs, bread, pikelets, fresh fruit. Dinner options were generally boring and the few guests staying at the hotel generally looked sad. Also the French door in our villa was in disrepair and needed both my husband and I to forced the two sides together to make it lock.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt auf einem wunderschönen, weitläufigen Gelände mit vielen Palmen und einem schönen Strand mit vielen Korallen am Strand an dem man gut Schorcheln kann. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ruhig – ideal, wenn man ein paar entspannte Tage verbringen und abschalten möchte.

Der große Pool war immer sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Jeevan, der sich sichtbar gut darum gekümmert hat 🤗

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Alle waren sehr lieb.

Man kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang und Abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das war wirklich wunderschön.

We were treated with typical Sri Lankan hospitality. Exceptional 👍😊
Pros:

The service provided by the staff was exceptional. As the property was new, there are still things to improve on, however the overall experience was quite nice.
The breakfast was huge and the staff did their job extremely well and professionally.

Cons:

It would be nice to improve the railings and have more lighting near guest rooms and on stairs.

Big rooms, big pool near to the beach . Privacy

Cons:

Very lesser number of staff were available. There were no one even to carry the luggage. Not flexible with the customers. Break fast was not in good quality.

Pros:

The rooms are big and the pool is beautiful . The staff were also lovely .

Cons:

Firstly the beach from the hotel is rocket and not swimmable at all- it is only a fifteen minute to a beautiful beach but this is something I wish I had known before bookings The food as not good

Big rooms, tired property, if you come with young kids - get a ground floor room as the balconies might not be safe.
Pros:

Big rooms, big pool, on the beach front, friendly staff, nice simple breakfast - fruit, juice, toast, eggs made to order, pancakes.

Cons:

No WiFi in our room. The staff said it was being fixed, not sure how convinced I am that is the case. We stayed in a beachfront villa. The timber balustrade on our balcony was rotten and unsafe. The sea by the hotel is rocky/reef so you would need to walk further along the beach to swim. It felt a bit eerie as we only saw two other families in the whole hotel. My partner says it’s a good place to come if you’re writing a book as you pretty much have the place to yourself. (As long as you don’t need WiFi!)

Thank to the staff for his kindness And for quality of service.
Pros:

Very beautiful property and staff very kind. We liked the big swimming pool and coconut forest. We enjoyed a lot the big size of the room and bathroom.

Cons:

They don’t have restaurant so you have to go outside (there are some restaurants very close)
WiFi doesn’t work (but they was working ont it during our stay)

Pros:
