The decor was visually appealing

Cons:

We asked to check in a bit earlier and the person that assisted us on the phone was a bit cold... He was very quick to say no even though it was a Sunday and quite at the property... The least he could've dine was to ask housekeeping to start with our room

Place is peaceful, aesthetics are beautiful,rooms are spacious and elegant.

Breakfast was delicious. However waitress should be more visible or accessible.

Cons:

Room 1 the light in the bathroom was not working. There was 1 gown even though we specified its two guests coming. There was no shower cap provided

I really enjoyed my stay would recommend coming back soon

The aesthetic are exceptional
The views are breathtaking
The property is very clean

Cons:

I would have really appreciated an outdoor gas heater by the braai and chill area near the pool or a bonfire or fire place at night it gets really cold and not comfortable to chill outdoors also I would have really liked to see a heated pool or a kolkol heated pool and a plaza and small sound speaker outside by the chill area that would really be nice and complete.

Overall i feel like they should specify on certain costs so we dont get suprised
Pros:

The place was soo aesthetic

Cons:

The rest of the staff were okay but then this white guy got me on my feelings when he asked if the gowns were in the room and I got offended cause to me it was like his trying to say we stole them and also we didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast and the drinks that were in the fridge

The place is quite modern, clean & quiet. Besides the beautiful aesthetics, the staff is quite friendly too.

The location 10/10. The estate has restaurants which is convenient
Breakfast option is very limited. Visitors must be prepared to supplement the breakfast. Otherwise very great place, I would visit again.
