Grounds and Beach: Actually found the beaches behind the hotel better than going to Protaras and quieter as well!
Parking: There was always space and bays were large! Very underrated when you have a Baby Buggie.
Convenience shop across the road handy!
Gym: Great!
Nothing, IL be returning when I can! This year or the next! For sure the go to when staying in Protaras!

Φαινεται καθαρο λογω προσφατης ανακαινισης των δωματιων αλλα δεν ειναι πραγματικα καθαρο. Σε δυσκολα σημεια υπηρχε αρκετη σκονη και ακαθαρσιες. Τα κρεβατακια για βρεφη δεν ηταν καθολου καθαρισμενα . Το προσωπικο δεν ειναι ιδιαιτερα ευγενικο και προσιτο.
The staff were incredible and the hotel was immaculately clean.
All inclusive could include another restaurant.

Friendly staff, great location, nice rooms, quick elevators, many restaurants in house, good gym and spa.
Just a bit noisy in hotel corridors in the morning when people are passing by, however not a major problem.
The location is outstanding, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and provide everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped, while the food is diverse and of very good quality. The all-inclusive experience is well organized and truly excellent, offering a good variety and consistent quality throughout the stay.
Most of the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming and refined environment.
Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that I would confidently recommend. With a slight enhancement in front-desk hospitality, the experience would be truly exceptional.
The only aspect that could benefit from improvement is the reception team, where the interaction was not always as warm or engaging as expected for a hotel of this standard.
Location is absolutely great.
Renovated rooms and lobby area.
Spacious room but quite small bed/mattress.
Comfortable mattress and list of different pillows to choice.

We have been provided side sea view room (while we have booked inland view)
Late check out was kindly provided.
We have booked Half Board in order to enjoy our long weekend within the hotel and enjoy hotel's facilities. However, the dinner at 1st night was very average in terms of quality and quantity..same for breakfast and always in comparison with other 4 star hotels. The 2nd night we have skipped the dinner at the hotel and went in another restaurant in a nearby village.
Hotel's spa facilities are not included in the price. When we have visited spa area, we have been informed that we need to make a reservation for 30mins usage of the indoor pool and in the event we needed to enter sauna or hamam, that would have a cost of 20euro per person (for 30 mins) which was outrageous to me.
The staff was very friendly , it was very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the service in general. Spacious rooms and bathrooms .
Just a few addition in the toiletries maybe required.
