Great value and truly exceptional service
Pros:

AaRa Hotel offers very good value for money, and what really stood out during our stay was the friendliness and dedication of the staff — especially the breakfast team.

We had to catch a train one hour before the regular breakfast opening time. The staff went above and beyond: they opened the breakfast area especially for us and prepared breakfast so we wouldn’t have to leave without eating. That was truly “going the extra mile” and made a lasting impression on us.

And the breakfast itself was excellent — everything we had tasted really good and was freshly prepared.

One small area for improvement would be the restaurant menu, which felt quite limited. We would have appreciated a bit more choice, for example some fresh salads.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with fantastic staff, great breakfast and excellent value for money. The personal service definitely made this hotel stand out for us.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Tolles Personal, tolles Frühstück und schöner Außenbereich. Billard, Tischtennis, Sauna, Bowling sind tolle Angebote.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas bieder. Ich hätte mir noch zu den beiden Gläsern, die im Zimmer standen, dann noch eine Flasche Wasser auch gewünscht.

Tiszta, pici kis szoba, saját fürdövel termeszetesen, de megfelelö egy éjszakára potággyal 3 fönek, kettönek pedig mindenképpen. Ha nem érsz oda idöben, van éjszakai automatikus becsekkolási lehetöség. A reggeli top! Nagyon kedves személyzet, szuper kert, nincs is kedved elindulni!

Angenehmes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Frühstücksraum bot reichlich Platz und hatte sogar einen großen, liebevoll ausgestatteten Kinderspielbereich. Es gibt einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz und sogar einen Eiscreme-Automaten neben dem Haus, der für jeden Geschmack eine leckere Sorte enthält und gut frequentiert ist.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, tollem Frühstück und eigener Bowlingbahn im Haus :)
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt lief sehr entspannt ab, vom Einchecken, über die spontane Buchung einer Bowlingbahn, das Frühstück bis hin zum Checkout. Leider haben wir nur eine Übernachtung im Hotel verbracht, so dass wir nicht dazu kamen den Spa-Bereich zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön mit liebevoll gestalteten Wandbildern gestalten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Eisautomat mit riesiger Auswahl leckerer Sorten.

Cons:

Abgesehen davon, dass die Bowlingbahnen scheinbar schon von vielen Gästen genutzt wurden und daher die Kugeln nicht ganz geradlinig das Ende erreichen, können wir keine Verbesserungsvorschläge machen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel bei einem künftigen Besuch in Radeberg wieder buchen.
