Pros:

Proprietari molto simpatici e disponibili. Ci hanno permesso di fare il late check-out. Inoltre all’interno presente un bar quindi son stati molto gentili nel prepararci caffè e cappuccini. Torneremo sicuramente

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile.

Cons:

Andrebbe fatto qualche lavoretto su infissi (porte e finestre) che non chiudono benissimo. In ogni caso avevamo.il riscaldamento autonomo quindi siamo stati bene e non abbiamo avuto disagi per gli spifferi. Aggiungerei un riscaldatore in bagno.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo super, vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo frequentato questo B&B per sette notti a fine giugno, scegliendo l’opzione della camera comunicante da 6 posti letto.
Devo dire che ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo: già all’arrivo la cordialità dei titolari è stata più che apprezzata, accettando la nostra richiesta di lasciare le valigie la mattina e fare il check-in sul tardo pomeriggio, così che potessimo goderci il primo giorno di spiaggia. La disponibilità da parte loro non è mai mancata: si sono offerti di contattarci PR per le discoteche, servizio taxi, biciclette, ci hanno concesso più volte di consumare cibo da asporto all’ingresso della struttura, reception H24.
Le camere (comunicanti da un semplice corridoietto) entrambe con cassaforte e aria condizionata.
Per ragazzi questo locale è un’opzione da valutare concretamente, si trova a 15 minuti a piedi da Samsara, Mojito e Opera mentre 25 minuti dal Viale Ceccarini (luogo di partenza delle navette per discoteche fuori Riccione come Baia e Living) a meno di 5 minuti dal mare e in una zona molto tranquilla.
Nonostante questo, rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale.
Se avremo modo di tornare a Riccione, non valuteremo altre strutture diverse da questa!

Cons:

Unica nota che desidero lasciare riguarda la pulizia nelle camere, perché già al nostro arrivo c’era parecchia sabbia e sporco sui pavimenti, ma comunque accettabile.
