De las habitaciones aunque son pequeñas están bien diseñados y esta confortables se me hace muy caro para el tipo de hotel pero a comparación de los que hay en saltillo esta bien y confortable las camas son buenas las sábanas y almohada excelentes

Terrible experiencia. No vuelvo.
Pros:

Lo UNICO rescatable es la ubicacion. Todo lo demas esta sobrevalorado. Es un hotel regular calidad de 4 estrellas con precio de Gran Turismo.

Cons:

El staff SUPER GROSERO y altaneros. Falta muchisima capacitacion. Hay empleados que deberian trabajar en un taller mecanico grasiento en lugar de atendiendo clientes. Fue un GRAN ERROR haber elegido este hotel por la supuesta ubicacion, pero es una trampa... mejor vayan al Quinta Real que esta a 2 cuadras y esta 1000 veces mejor.

El desayuno fue excelente!!!! la ubicacion fenomenal en esa plaza comercial encuentras de todo, un lugar donde encuentran de todo a los alrededores
