Clean. But the building needs repairs.
Pros:

It is VERY clean. The staff was helpful. And even after watching a woman loudlybcimokain and krave early, the gentleman chased after him to give the guy his glasses back.

Cons:

The building is really in need of repair. This appears to be financial reality not mismanagement. That said. I have a disability thst made me hesitant to bathe there. Then the power shit off twice. It was cold in the room and I am from Minnesota. I LIKe the cold. The area isnt great, but i was also not scared. I left a day early and got a proper room. It helped salvage my brief stay. The hotel also does not appear to participate in the no taxing visitors. He t9ld me how important the piece of paper was, and then charged me the tax. Going somewhere that doesnt tax the room makes the expensive rooms less expensive.

Perfecto para solteros, bueno, bonito y barato
Pros:

Si estás solo, o con un par de amigos y buscas algo simple, tranquilo y céntrico, Di Mauri es tu lugar,
la atención fue super amable, no tuve problemas y fue todo muy cálido, perfecto para ir de paso por santiago.

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones carecen de ventanas.

La relaçion cálidad-precio es muy buena.
30 por una habitaçion y un baño espaciosos con excelente wifi y ubicacion facil de acceso.
Recepcionista muy atento.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de la calle, así que de la habitación justo al lado. Se escucha todo. Pero uno entiende que en un edificio muy antiguo, así es.

Te sientes como en casa
Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción, muy atentos a todo lo que necesitamos. El lugar muy tranquilo y limpio y todo funcionando correctamente. Es muy central, quedas cerca de todo. Hay comercio justo en frente si necesitas comprar algo y un bar de cerveza artesanal a solo una cuadra.

Cons:

La cama un poco blanda para mí gusto, aún así, logramos descansar ya que el lugar era muy silencioso.

Todo correcto ,tal vez que tuviera un calefactor manual,pero es un hotel sencillo antiguo pero cumple con el proposito, para descansar.
