Everything it our go to place , when we need a break
cleaning staff, they are very hardworking and was able to find a room for my parents in the first floor who are seniors already.
staff in the reception area was not too pleasant and not too friendly.
She should practice to more people person, more patience and focus on customer’s needs.
She tries to point her own concerns which fully understood but then she should be more considerate when visitors ask some questions or request.

Das Frühstück muss man am Tag vorher bestellen. Da wir zum Frühstück 15 Minuten zu spät waren, bekamen wir kalte Eier und nur eine Tasse Kaffee!

The staff are very accommodating and helpful especially MJ, Carlo and Pearl. We had an amazing experience. The place is neat and clean. The view is stunning. The cafe and restaurant food is okay. If they can expand the choices of food that would be appreciated. I highly recommend and definitely come back again. Thank you❤️🥰😊

Near the beach, friendly staff
The beach is no longer the pristine beach that we experienced a few years back. Beach Water is not clear anymore and has a foul smell
Breakfast buffet is Great..😊
We spent 2 nights in the hotel, with our family of 7. The hotel is composed of 2 complexes, one with a coffee bar/bakery/bistro, and the main complex with the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our rooms. Since we had a small leakage in our bathroom, we were immediately transferred to another room. The rooms had sea view and were very spacious. Even though the inventory is not top modern anymore, we were satisfied with the rooms. In particular the AC was a positive surprise, since it was operating very quietly and effectively.
We had coffee and pasta dishes in the coffee bar/bistro and were pleased with the quality. We also had a Korean style barbecue in the restaurant and were very satisfied. The same applied to the breakfast, once served as buffet and once á la carte. We were very satisfied with the variety and quality.
It is notable that everybody we met in any of the hotel' facilities was very friendly and helpful. Room service was always around, accessible and very helpful. We also appreciated the permanent presence of at least one lifeguard at both pools, giving us a very safe and 'taken care of' feeling.
The hotel is not a 5 star resort at the cote d'azur, but we found it was pretty nice for a family getaway and we were very satisfied.
Especially the service minded and friendly staff was fantastic and made up for minor quality issues.
Our kids had a lot of fun in the nice and safe pool areas, and the grownups had a relaxing time.
So, all in all, for us this was a pretty nice stay and a recommendable hotel.
I recently stayed at Santiago Cove Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The level of service here is truly outstanding – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
