Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und war einfach, aber mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet.
Für uns wurde ein Parkplatz reserviert, was sehr hilfreich war, denn in der Umgebung ist es schwierig, zu parken.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und in der Nähe von Nachtclubs. Dadurch war es laut.

Beautiful and cozy hotel in Sarande center! Definitely stay here!
Pros:

Perfect location, great value, beautiful balcony with partial ocean view, comfortable bed, very clean room, and lovely kind staff!

Cons:

I had a wonderful stay, but if I had to mention something I would say due to the central location you can hear loud music from the bars late into the night. It is to be expected and didn’t bother me much, but bring earplugs :)

Gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, Nähe Hafen und Busstation. Frühstück sehr gut (Selfservice). Balkon sehr angenehm. Gute Sicht auf Meer und Berge.

Cons:

Etwas Lärm von der Strasse, aber erträglich bei geschlossenen Fernstern, das Positive überwiegt eindeutig

Hotel an Toplage mit spektakulärer Aussicht
Pros:

Aussichr top. Frühstück gut. Die Lage super Busstation nach Ksamil 100m und Busstation für die weiteten Orte ca.300m entfernt. Jeden Tag gab es 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos.

Cons:

Ich musste mit Karte 5% mehr bezahlen. Man willte mir keine Hotelrechnung geben, nach langem diskutieren bekam ich sie doch.
Es gibt im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber obwohl im Hotelbeschreib steht Tee und Kaffeezubehör. Für ein 4* Hotel ist das normal dass es auch Kaffeebeutel gibt.

Location - very close to the bus station, close the beach, port for trips to Corfu, and restaurants. Beautiful view. Nice breakfast and staff.

Small bathroom. No bathing gel.

Good connectivity and an affordable place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was very sweet as well. Would definitely come back.

Cons:

It could be but more clean. When we first entered the room it smelt like bacon. And the second day as well after it was made up, it smelled funny. The bidet in the bathroom was constantly leaking. But these no way impacted our stay.

Excellent séjour à l’hotel Joan !!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hotel Joan. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et des restaurants. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel a été très accueillant et toujours disponible pour nous aider avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Une très bonne adresse à Saranda, je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Proposer un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner

La musique du soir pourrait être un souci mais à cette période c'était très bien.... Emplacement hyper central et place de parking devant l'hôtel !
