Comfortable stay, friendly staff and great location near the port of Saranda, walking distance to the beach/bus stop
Pros:

Loved the balcony table and chairs to sit and take in the view of the water, beach promenade and streets to feel a part of the vibe without having to leave the room.
The staff were friendly and accommodating including holding our luggage on the last day for a few hours.

Cons:

3rd floor means 3 long flights of stairs which are slippery so you need to take care with suitcases.
There were 2 power outages on one of our 3 night’s stay but we were given permission to switch the circuit breaker back for our floor each time, fixing the issue.
There is a reasonable amount of street noise from below, but if you have the window and door shut, it’s much better.
The kitchen is very minimally equipped. Very small glasses, coffee cups, and only shallow plate/bowls to eat from. one sharp knife and board, one ladle for cooking.
The oven/stove’s knobs have had their numbers worn off, so you have to learn the positions for heat and only one hob can be used at a time.
(top knob for stove, 5 O’clock position for right hand side high heat, and 11 O’clock for left hand side high heat).

Жили 5 днів з подругою , нам жодного разу не міняли рушники і не виносили сміття , потрібно було просити , але зразу ж виконали прохання

Simple stay with great location and a view
Pros:

Great location, everything is really close. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Accommodation is simple but fine for a few nights considering it is quite cheap.

Cons:

The shower is cramped, not comfortable at all. The shower curtain was dirty and to short so the bathroom was flooding afterwards. The staff when notified provided us with a new slightly cleaner one but still not long enough. We had to mop the floors after every shower. The AC was a bit slow. It wasn’t that hot outside when we stayed so it was enough. I think shower gel and shampoo could be added to the bathroom.

Location was great!
Pros:

Hotel is walking distance from bus stops, beach and near by Restaurants. Is you looking for a place to stay without the luxuries this is the place.

Cons:

The many steps to go up the 3rd floor, the shower curtain wasn’t my favorite.

Pros:
