Prima hotel om de omgeving te verkennen
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar voldoende. De inbegrepen parkeerplaats is erg handig. De kamers waren ruim genoeg.

Cons:

Het bed was wat hard voor mijn persoonlijke voorkeur. De kamers zijn niet zo modern.

The location is very accessible, and the view from the room was incredible. The mountains and the village were right in front of us, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was more than sufficient, with a good variety of options and excellent service.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise around the building. During our stay, there was construction work taking place, which started at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance. In addition, the road next to the property appears to be a main route used by commuters in the morning. As a result, the traffic noise was quite noticeable and could be disturbing, especially if you plan to sleep later in the morning.

Accueil et service très sympathique, situation proche de la gare et bien accessible en transports publics.
l'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité prix, avec des prix plutôt accessibles pour la Suisse...la literie est confortable, les chambres sont propres, mais le bâtiment et les chambres sont plutôt anciens, voire un peu défraichis.

Cons:

les chambres côté routes sont assez bruyantes, en fonction du trafic routier (poids lourds dès taux le matin).

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast

The staff was friendly
The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough with closets to hang clothes
The room itself looked new (as others reviews mentioned, the staircase doesn't look great, but I didn't spend much time there, so it didn't bother me much)
The breakfast was very good
On days when I went out early for hikes, I asked for a packed lunch instead of the breakfast. The sandwich was really good at the end of hikes. The pack included a sandwich + a water bottle+ fruit + snack. I enjoyed the sandwich the most, so maybe I should have asked for 2 sandwiches instead :)
In the room, there were multiple brochures about hikings and other attractions in the area, which was convenient

Cons:

A ceiling fan would have been nice. I slept with an open window to help with the heat. It was noisy occasionally, but not too much.
The shower was a bit small

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Escolhi ficar em Frutigen para no outro dia ir para Kandersteg e fazer a trilha do Oeschnensee, e antes passar pelo lago de Blausee, no caminho, e também pelo custo benefício oferecido. Hotel bem localizado, bom conforto, bom quarto, bom café da manhã, foi tudo tranquilo, como planejado.

Hidden gem, cozy and lovely place to stay
Pros:

I loved everything about my stay, and this hotel has become one of my best memories from the whole trip. The service is truly 5 🌟, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful.

But what really made the stay special was the hotel staff. They were absolutely amazing - I felt like I had come to visit family or very close friends. Their warmth and hospitality were truly exceptional!

If I had known in advance how wonderful this place was, I would have stayed much longer. I will definitely come back, as this place has stolen a little piece of my heart. ❤️

Huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay so special!
