Bad bygine poor quality of linen and extremely.bad cleanliness

Very dirty, bathroom in particular. Toilet seat came completely off in my hand, toilet not cleaned, no toilet paper available. Bed linen grey, worn, and of questionable cleanliness. Didn't dare look at the actual pillows.
This hotel probably should not be on Booking.com.

Bad location. Nothing to see and loney place where to much insects. Fully can't sleep one night

Pest control should be done. Lot of mosquitos.

Unclean bedsheets.
Too old bedsheets.
Dirty towel.
Too old quilt with holes in it, white color turned to greyish due to being worn out.
Too slow service for tea or just anything.
Lack of clean quilt caused us to stay with just one bedsheet for the winter night causing us to fall sick the next morning.
Lack of proper management which made the stay super uncomfortable and inconvenient.
You have to pay the full amount as soon as you enter the hotel, it is payment before service!
The hotel is surviving on the previous positive reviews due to which even I booked the hotel but was disappointed and dissatisfied and regretted the stay! Also, the restaurant was not functional so we had to from Swiggy orders.
The hotel really needs to sort out management skills to make the stay comfortable for the guests or else its survival looks grim in a heavily competitive industry. This is my honest review so that the hotel can take it constructively for its benefit and the benefit of the guests.

Cleanness, mosquitoes

They didn't let us stay. I still have an unpaid advance. Last night they didn't let us enter their premises despite getting a promise that they will attend us. My 67 year old mother and I were stuck in a seedy, lonely neighborhood in Kolkata at 2 AM screaming for the doorman/concierge to open. He didn't bother. Two women struggling to find shelter at night despite having paid for it.

Very very bad experience

1) bedsheets, pillowsheets, bathroom were not clean . everything was riddled with stains and a lot of hairs. They didn't change even after requesting saying every sheet is like that and apparently it's because of previous guests and they can't do nothing about it.
2) Wifi doesn't work.
3) outside food wasn't allowed . They have a menu though but after their behaviour and the room ..I don't think anyone would like to eat off their menu (rates were like 100-300 as far as I remember).Mineral water won't be provided to you and you need to pay extra. You will be given regular water which tasted like tapwater
4) because of mosquitoes, I couldn't sleep the entire night.
5) the location is around 6-7 km from airport... in general it s a bit inside from the main road..and no cheap places to eat were located nearby
A small soap and 1 clinic plus shampoo were provided ..expect nothing else..
the staff were not courteous at all...I came after a long journey..I said I would pay after half an hour after freshening up as their net wasn't working at the time . they be like they can't let me check in without payment..although their own QR wasn't working.
the previous reviews were mostly fake considering the level of facilities I received ...it's name was formerly bhummi inn..now a part of OYO..

I have a list of what I did not like.
1. The stuffs were behaving rudely when we arrived.
2. The room was completely untidy. It felt like we were offered a used room. The bed sheets were stained. The blankets were unclean. The floor was dirty. When we complained to one of the stuff he changed the bed sheet but that one was also not washed. After that we were offered a 'clean room' where we faced the same problem again.
3. If you want to find a rotten pizza and beer bottle leftovers in a hotel for which you have paid a significant amount, you can choose this place.
4. We chose this place based on the ratings and It seemed like the ratings were completely made up.

It is the worst dirtiest and filthy place I ever stayed. The photos were completely different in booking dot Com. The place was a wreck with dirty linens and non operational toilet. The place is invested with mosquitoes. They even charge for a bottle of water.

Location is Firstly, I found the location to be less than ideal, and during my stay,their food was blunt and they charged too much for that..I had a very unsettling experience. At checkout, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. When I returned shortly after to retrieve it, I was disappointed to find that the staff denied having it. Some cash was there also.. don't go there...
