Really lovely stay- very enjoyable.
Pros:

A lovely villa- we had the one bedroom and it had lots of space- a separate bedroom and separate lounge area. The pool was a really lovely size. There’s lots of shaded areas and lots of sitting areas. The staff were absolutely fabulous, really lovely. The shuttle buggy service was really useful - drove us to our restaurants every night. It was definitely a lovely stay and value for money.

Cons:

The outdoor chairs and sun loungers were a little uncomfortable and I brought the cushions from the couches inside out onto the chairs. And one other thing to think about is that there is a large villa next to the one bedroom villa so there is a bit of noise coming from there.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, so helpful and hospitable.

Cons:

Mosquitoes are able to get through cracks in the rooms but the staff do a great job of trying to keep them at bay every night as part of turn down which is great. I see their is renovations happening so hopefully they fix that issue

This villa was a waste of money you would get more rest at a heavy metal concert than this place! No privacy constant ba
Cons:

The constant banging from construction every morning was horrible. I complained to staff and they said the construction will start later, it did not.
This happened every morning for our entire weeks stay it ruined the holiday
I wasn’t even offered anything no change of villas nothing just deal with it basically save your money do not go here
Also workmen on top of the roof so we had no privacy

Beautiful villa, friendly staff, and a perfect relaxing getaway in Seminyak
Pros:

Property is beautiful, staff are so friendly and have a buggy or car to drop you off in Seminyak free of charge.
The villa was absolutely amazing and had so much privacy.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything to not like.

Pros:

The staff was attentive and amazing throughout our stay. The facility was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and inviting. I also loved that they provided a few games in the living room area, which was a nice touch. Overall, I have no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Location and spacious Villa.
Pros:

The location is brilliant! Most things were approx 3-4 minutes ride away by motorbike eg. Bodyworks, Coffee Cartel, Seminyak Square. Bintang Supermarket is 9 mins away by motorbike and equally Atlas Beach Club in Canggu was 16 minutes away. This provides some context to the location of this villa.
I also liked that it was big and spacious with a separate lounge area, which enabled the person who wanted an afternoon nap to have one without any disruptions.

I also requested for an early check in and they did everything they could do accommodate. The staff were absolutely lovely!
They also have a buggy service for seminyak area.

Cons:

The bathrooms are a bit worn out and the windows don't completely seal, which means that there are mosquitos in the room at night. We bought the mosquito repellant and the coil - which helped.
They also advised that all the villa's are undergoing a renovation / update as we checked out.

Pros:

Very spacious and private villa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free drop off to the beach/ local places.

Cons:

Mosquitos did manage to find their way into the bedroom even with the doors being closed. Other than that it was great.

The location was so good. We walked everywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so much better. Nothing was ever a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
Pros:

This was our second stay at The Kon’s Villas and won’t be our last. From the seamless pickup from the airport to the gorgeous villas and the friendliest staff I can’t really complain about anything!! The villas are all slightly different but are comprised of a separate bedroom, a living room and private pool. It really feels like you’re the only people there and the staff are just lovely.

Cons:

Despite the staff spraying several times during our stay we still had the odd mosquito but that’s Bali. Otherwise the worst part was leaving!!
