Pros:

The view, the lovely staff, breakfast was good

Cons:

The toilet and shower have no private, there is no mini bar in the room so a lot of our stuff we had to put on the trash..
There is no air conditioner at the room and it was too hot at night ..

Views excellent, beautiful location, lovely decor and good parking.

Cons:

Was a little warm when we visited and no aircon in our room only a little fan. Wouldn’t stop us from staying again though.

Lakeview cozy place to stay
Pros:

The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 mins bus travel from Interlaken train station, very accessible from city. Environment was quiet. Near by the lake and got good mountain view. Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Facilities were a bit old but still very practical. Phone charging point was not available near by the bed (so no phone scrolling before sleep! Still a few points in rooms you can plug in adapters) Surrounded by the nature you need to expect insects.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Switzerland. The hotel is very easy to reach and conveniently located for exploring the area.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The restaurant was offering delicious food in a charming atmosphere. Every meal was absolutely delicious!

Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Swiss experience! 💕

Pros:

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt boende. Något svag belysning men för övrigt väldigt fint inrett rum. Ingick gratis busskort för stadsbussarna i Interlaken, och om man avstod från städning fick man en förmånlig rabatt i restaurangen.

Cons:

Rummet blev väldigt varmt när det var varmt ute, men fanns fläkt. Hotellet ligger knappt 2 km från Interlaken Ost station, men går buss varje halvtimma (linje 102 mot Ringgenberg).

Nettes Personal und schön am See gelegen
Pros:

Lage war gut, etwas außerhalb aber nicht zu sehr an einem schönen See gelegen. Beim einchecken wurde uns alles freundlich gezeigt und wir wurden sogar zum Zimmer begleitet und uns wurde das Frühstück erklärt. Wenn man auf das frisch machen des Zimmers verzichtet hat gab es einen 10 Franken Voucher für das Restaurant

Cons:

Keine Tür zum Bad, man duscht sozusagen im Schlafzimmer. Das Bett war viel zu weich. Frühstück war als „außergewöhnlich“ durch die Bewertungen betitelt - dem kann ich nicht zustimmen. Es war generell alles da, aber absolut nichts besonderes sondern eher „normal“

Beautiful views and hotel with exceptional customer service
Pros:

The location was beautiful with a great price for the area. Easy bus ride that is free with the guest pass around Interlaken. It also included a discount for various activities around the area. The restaurant was incredible. We had the ravioli and the beef stroganoff was the best I’ve ever had. Peter was exceptional and consistently checked to see if we had everything we needed. We had also had a gorgeous view of the cows and mountain from our window that we loved. We will return when we come back!
