A wonderful stay
Pros:

The team extended a most welcoming reception, and I am truly grateful for their warm hospitality. It was a distinct privilege to have access to such amazing gourmet dining conveniently located just downstairs from our rooms. The hotel's location itself is a few minutes away from Interlaken Ost train station, which was exactly what I was looking for, away from the crowds. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect interlocken stay!
Pros:

Great breakfast w made to order eggs from very attentive ladies who helped us with directions too! Dinner was delicious as well and was referrered to us by a lady on a city bus as one of the best spots to eat so we ate the second night as well!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our room in a charming chalet style, with a wonderful spacious terrace — it was definitely a highlight. The restaurant downstairs was also very good, making it convenient to simply head down for dinner.

Cons:

On the downside, it was a bit pricey, although to be fair, accommodations in this area generally are. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing: when items ran out, they weren’t replenished. Althought was tasty and good quality.
It would have been nice if the waitress had been a bit more patient.

Exceptional Spot for Family Traveling Together
Pros:

The team at Hotel-Restaurant Burgseeli made our stay so special. We were very comfortable with our large family, breakfast was delicious every day, and the property was beautiful. The rooms were a great size- uncommon for Europe- and it allowed plenty of space for the crib we requested for our toddler.
