Oasis de tranquilidad en la caótica Semporna
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, rodeadas de naturaleza, y el personal super amable y servicial, disponible incluso via whatsapp para resolver dudas. Las habitaciones disponen de todo lo necesario, son muy cómodas y están muy limpias. El restaurante sirve una comida deliciosa amenizada con karaoke a partir de las 22h. El ambiente es muy agradable y en seguida te hacen sentir como en casa. Ofrecen servicio de traslado y recogida al centro de Semporna, por la mañana y por la tarde, que se ha de reservar el día antes.

Pros:

Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita a disposizione, acqua naturale gratuita in bottiglia, sempre a disposizione, servizio navetta per portare gli ospiti in città o al porto, andata e ritorno. Servizio di pulizia camera giornaliero. Ristorante buonissimo con possibilità di acquistare il pesce al mercato a Semporna e poi portarlo al resort per farlo cucinare dallo chef. Camere spaziose e pulite. Insomma, tutto perfetto!!

Gentilezza e cura degli ospiti straordinari
Pros:

Gentilezza del personale difficile da trovare altrove. Ci salutava sempre perfino il merlo. Appena arrivati, ci hanno comunicato di averci dato un upgrade della stanza (gratuito naturalmente), ci hanno organizzato navette private gratuitamente oltre gli orari da loro già schedulati (hanno un servizio navetta gratuito per e dal porto di Semporna), sono stati attenti in ogni momento e impeccabili su ogni richiesta. Struttura in mezzo alla natura ben tenuta e lontana dal centro di Semporna, caratteristica che rappresenta un plus, perché la città è purtroppo veramente malmessa.
Ciliegina sulla torta, mi hanno fatto anche apprezzare il karaoke, che normalmente non sopporto, grazie alla voce incredibile di Carola, la loro receptionist, che canta Shallow meglio di Lady Gaga.
Consigliatissimo!

Tudo! Oferece um serviço de transfer para o centro da cidade que funciona muito bem, e por vezes até personalizam as deslocações. Oferecem diversos tipos de transfer grátis. Permitem que leve o peixe fresco comprado no mercado local para o restaurante para ser preparado pelo restaurante.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço. Deveria ter maior diversidade de produtos ocidentais.

Valida struttura per una notte a Semporna....
Pros:

Posizione subito fuori semporna, con navetta inclusa per il centro città, cosa assolutamente positiva considerato il disastro ed il degrado che c'è nel centro. Personale davvero gentilissimo

Cons:

Aria condizionata poco funzionante, cibo pessimo per gli standard europei, mi piace la cucina asiatica ma quella era veramente eccessiva....

The rubbish along the side of the road on the final 500 metres to the location was a bit of an eyesore and was a poor reflection on the resort itself

I was very saddened to see the Myna bird kept in a small, bare cage near the reception. While I understand it is meant to greet guests, seeing a bird confined to such a small space feels outdated and cruel for a nature resort. I highly recommend the management to release the bird or move it to a laraer. natural space,

Pros:

Un accueil exceptionnel, repas très bon, tout le monde se plie en quatre pour vous satisfaire, les chambres sont basiques mais c’est très suffisant, navettes incluses pour la ville ou le port, vous pouvez laver votre linge et le sécher gratuitement
