Perfect for a work trip for the sake of just sleeping a night or two, to get to a neighbouring area.
Pros:

Location was well connected to other food, a traditional bakery, a hawker stall, lok lok truck etc. Receptionist attends to queries easily, free flow of water and other basic tea/coffee facilities. There was a nice big screen Smart TV (which you can watch movies on youtube/prime), and the heater had hot water and soaps/shampoo provided. There is a communal space to sit and read books or play board games which was a great addition ! Theres also a 2nd floor empty space to conduct brief meetings if you need. (Tables , chairs, Power socket, tea, coffee and hot water dispenser)

Cons:

The room I had did not have windows. Noise-wise, you can hear the room from the end of the lane in your own room because it was not soundproof or anything, and the neighbour was loud well into the late night.

Reasonable choice for people who are outside for most of the day.
Pros:

Location very good, many food courts in the vicinity.

Cons:

Small rooms, no windows. Choice of food served for breakfast very limited, serving staff speaking only basic Malay.
