OK but disappointing after previous stays.
Pros:

I've stayed here before and so I knew, or thought I did, what to expect. The hotel is ideally situated for a 20 minute walk into town and has a few mini markets located nearby. You may prefer a stroll up to Lidl's (closed at the mo for renovation) or Kaufland, both within 20 minutes. Internet signal was great and the room was quiet, with a pleasant balcony overlooking the pool area and mountains in the distance. - See my previous reviews of stays for more info. If you don't fancy breakfast at the hotel, there's a good cake & coffee shop straight across the main road, opens at 9 and the lady behind the counter speaks English too.

Cons:

Was not given the remote controls for the TV or air-conditioning unit at Reception check-in. My room was baking hot (as it faced the sun) when I arrived and without air conditioning, I slept with the patio door open and could hear dogs barking all night. On previous visits, I was given the handsets as a matter of course. Sheets and towels were wearing thin or torn (see pics), duvet was stained (see pic), bulb missing from wall light socket (danger to children's prying fingers) see pic, toilet flush conked out (but was fixed within an hour), one toilet roll (started) provided for three days/nights, over-mirror light in bathroom was broken, seriously over-loaded plug socket (see pics), it might be a good idea to have some of the documentation (e.g. menu, price list for pool or gym use etc.) in English to help customers. The hotel needs a bit of a re-vamp with the laminate flooring still lifting and the issues outlined above.

Pros:

The hotel has a new look. It has a fenced parking lot. There are markets nearby. The swimming pool and wellness center are clean and well-kept.

Cons:

There is no option to eat at the location. The hotel website does not specify that access to the wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi, bathrobes, towels) is charged additionally. On the streets near the hotel, at night the noise of packed engines begins because many uneducated balkans do not respect the public quiet.

Pros:

Дамата на рецепция беше много мила. Помогна ни да открием една локация. Стаите са широки. Има тераса. Банята много ни хареса. Басейнът е супер чист с приятно затоплена вода. Наблизо има голям хранителен магазин. Иначе в самия хотел няма ресторант,за което бяхме предварително уведомени. Леглата са меки и удобни, с чисто спално бельо.

Cons:

Липсата на простор.
На места има следи от влага по стените
