Posizione comoda per chi si sposta in treno perche' ubicato proprio di fronte alla stazione. Consiglio di portare i tappi per le orecchie anche se in serata le frequenze dei treni sono molto ridotti

The place is clean the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is amazing.
Great hotel...all the staff were wonderful, and so helpful and attentive..from the ladies at reception, to Raju and Archna and all the staff in the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff. The general manager went put of his way to help us with organising our onward trip to Hyderabad. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of food available. We also had a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My overall experience at this hotel was not good at all. The service was poor, the rooms were not properly maintained, and the cleanliness was far below expectations. Basic facilities were either missing or not functioning well. Staff response was slow and not helpful. For the price paid, the stay was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.
My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. From the moment I arrived, things were not up to the mark. The check-in process was disorganized and slow, with staff showing very little professionalism or willingness to assist.
The room condition was extremely poor. The cleanliness was below basic standards — the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Several amenities mentioned during booking were either broken or completely missing. Even after informing the staff, there was no proper response or action taken to address the issues.
The service throughout the stay was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and untrained, and basic requests took unusually long to be fulfilled. The overall hospitality did not make me feel welcome or comfortable at any point.
For the price charged, this hotel does not deliver even the minimum level of comfort or quality. My overall experience was very bad, and I would strongly advise others to consider better options in the area.

The breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient particularly for those who wish to stay near railway station.
