Cons:

The check-in process took over half an hour, and the staff even insisted on taking a selfie of me on their personal phone, claiming it was required for official regulations. The room was in poor condition and dirty, with torn bed sheets, cockroaches present, a non-functional AC remote, and no toilet paper provided. Although staff said they would replace the dirty shower mat, no one ever came. The entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very positive about this hotel and its staff
Pros:

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and considerate. The location is amazingly quiet for the centre of a bustling city. It was really good value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast (included) would have been more to a tourist taste with a little fresh fruit.

Pros:

First of all disappointed by using disposable plates and plastic cup, it's not sustainable way.

Cons:

Despite of the tripple bed confirm reservation one more room demanded at the time of arrival, and despite of taking 4 hour not admitted without extra room, it's unethical and baseless policy. They don't given us the reason in written for not allowed 3 person despite of confirm reservation.
