If you want a basic clean hotel this is fine but staff not very friendly
Pros:

The hotel was clean and had hot water

Cons:

The staff only spoke Vietnamese and weren’t particularly bothered with us being there. Location was ok but away from other hostels and more touristy area. A lot of beds are hard in Vietnam but these were really really hard! One of our rooms had no window.

Pros:

Convenient location to cafes. Bus from SaPa dropped us at hotel. Elevator for luggage. Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant staff.

Pros:

We stayed here for two nights before we started the Ha Giang Loop. Our bus didn’t arrive until nearly 3am and the owner was able to let us in at that time. The room was clean too.
