Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, sauber, schöner Ausblick in die Altstadt, in der sich das Hotel befindet. Die Dachterrasse des Hotels ist ein besonderes Extra.

Nice hotel in the center of Görlitz
Pros:

Very nice small hotel in the center of city.Please note that it will be pedestrian zone. Good dinner at the restaurant. We stoped on the way to Poland and had a comfortable sleep.

Cons:

It was unexpected to receive the info that the reception will not be working in the evening and also in the morning. But all was organised well and we were satisfied

Cosy but without door in the shower
Pros:

The rooms are really comfortable and clean. We really liked the decoration. The locations is also amazing.

Cons:

There was no door in the shower and everyone in the room could see you...
We were 3 colleagues in a business trip and it was a kind of embarrassed. We needed to do scales to have a shower..

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine interessante Ausgestaltung. Für mich war sehr positiv , dass die Fenster schallschutz gedämmt sind und man gut verdunkeln konnte.

Ein luxuriöser Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Görlitz zu sehr anständigem Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Gefallen hat zunächst die zentrale Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Altstadtbrücke zur polnischen Seite.
Ebenso der spannende Kontrast von alter Fassade des Hotels und den während der Sanierung nach der Wende notwendigerweise verbauten Betonelementen, verbunden mit schicker Einrichtung und Kunst im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, las einem quasi die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet.
Vor vielen Jahren waren wir schon einmal zu Gast im Hotel Emmerich. Damals war ein kleiner Kritikpunkt der recht enge Frühstückraum. Durch die Erweiterung ist dieser nun außerordentlich groß und als Wintergarten auch ansprechend gestaltet.
Das liest sich vielleicht wie eine gefakte Berwertung (weil so positiv), - ist aber echt.
Wäre Görlitz nicht so weit weg, würden wir hier häufiger unterkommen.

Cons:

Über eine Mini-Bar hätten wir uns gefreut (Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau) und man muß sich bewußt sein, dass man mitten im touristischen Zentrum ist, wobei der Geräuschpegel im Umfeld sehr früh nachläßt.

Top Hotel in top Lage.Modern eingerichtete Zimmer Direkt am Untermarkt. Der beschrankte Parkplatz ist um die Ecke (ca.500m) nette Dachterasse.

Haben die Stadt sehr genossen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in einer der schönsten Städte Europas.
Ein ganz besonderes Frühstück in unglaublichen Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Service.
Wir empfanden das Zimmer etwas überteuert dafür, dass der Badbereich nicht abgetrennt zum Schlafbereich war. Aber wem es gefällt…

Keine Trennung zwischen Bad/WC und Schlafbereich.
