Pros:

Great staff, they helped us with everything we needed. Large and comfortable rooms with balconies. Good brrakfast, beautiful territory with swimming pool, lots of trees and picturesque views.

Cons:

Low Wi-Fi signal inside our room (was better on the balcony). Some towels were not clean on the first day, but they were replaced as soon as we told the staff members about this.

The location is great with beautiful views both during the day and at night overlooking the beautiful Hazyview town/CBD. It is serene with little to no noise just the sound of birds chirping which is therapeutic 😌

Pros:

The stuff was amazing checking in and out was easy

Cons:

The toilet was not properly cleaned and sunitised, dears had stains, the duvet inner had what looked blood stains and was covered by duvet cover, out TV remote was not working we had to switch TV on and off manually, the room was moldy.

I was so disappointed and annoyed i wished i could leave immediately

The pool area is nice and refreshing

Cons:

1,security was checking us as if we are thieves..surrounding us all the time …especially the big guy and his not friendly at all his attitude its bad towards the visitors ..2,the walking distance to delivery our leggings to our rooms they must give us a chance to drive in delivery out things then come back to park.
3,No microwave inside our rooms thats a turn off.
4,Their maintenance it’s pretty bad
5, The No entry law after 12pm where we want to do some movements now & then.
