Rooms and there must be plugs where we can charge our phones.

Even though there was housekeeping shortages we still enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very spacious room and bathroom with modern facilities. Very nice patio. Food was good and nice atmosphere during dinner. Secure free parking is available.

Cons:

A few things was bothersome - a coffee station with no plug for the kettle in sight. Had to move the bedside table to boil water, no glasses to drink water from, previous guest"s leftover food still in fridge, had to ask for hand towels. These things should all have been checked and sorted before our arrival

Asante Mountain lodge
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very flexible and tried to accommodate our requests. The room size was a pleasant surprise- large. Location is great. The place has potential with the optimal resource input it can be a gem in the hazyview area. The room was clean.

Cons:

Communication on day 1 was disappointing. We traveled close to 11 hours, arrived at 3pm to be told that there will be no dinner, staff (after persuasion) did rustle up a meal which was not on par. We were the only guests that night and one can understand the foucs on economies of scale. Night management staff were unable to restrict the loud music played late at night on day 2 by a group of revelers. This unfortunately occurred the next afternoon and one was unable to have a siesta. Guests need to enquire about possible groups of this nature before booking

Very beautiful lodge.
Pros:

Aesthetic🫂 Cleanliness, Friendly staff members, Quiet and delicious food. Located in a very secure and peaceful location. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from Security at the gate to the staff at the admin.

Cons:

The Air-con had faults. Couldn’t use the heat mode and it was cold at night.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and attended to my needs. Every request was met, and trust me I had a lot of requests because I was with my 1 year old baby. Definitely happy with the staff.

Cons:

Upon arrival I found that my booking had not been confirmed to the staff at the lodge so I had to wait only to find that other guests who hadn't arrived were being attended to specially. A room was organized for us at the last minute. I was not happy with that. When arriving at the room, some of the lights were not working, the patio was dirty. The conditioner of the walls were not appealing to me, the bathroom (shower) wasn't to my liking it is an "open shower" so water went everywhere when showering but there was no mop in the room. I feel like a mop should be standard in such a setting. Overall it just felt like they gave me an unkempt room at the last minute.

Pros:

Your staff is not changing towels. Please change the towels. Your open view on television is not ayoba please have dish even if its compact. Super sport and news. Security excellent.

Honestly I didn’t enjoy it.
