Asante=peace of mind
Pros:

I liked Faith' s with us when we getting late. She waited patiently for us until we finally arrived. I also liked the breakfast, it was out of this world and the staff at the dinning hall were friendly. We took our chances and requested Faith to organize something for us romantic since it was valentine's day, and together with her Manager and staff nicely decorated our room on Asante's expense. Thank you so much Asante, we really enjoyed our stay, peaceful stay...we definitely will come back with the kids this time around👌👌👌

The property was clean with amazing views . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amazing staff made our staff very special. A special Thank you to Faith , Primrose , Thulani and rest that went the extra mile . Much appreciated

Excellent
Pros:

We travelled for the easter weekend, and oh Boy we had a good time in this place.
We would like to thank FAITH 😊, For her unmeasureble efforts 👌, to make sure we were well accommodating.
I would advise anyone booking at this accommodation, that you're not going to a hotel in Sandton, but if you enjoy nature then that's the place for you.
You will see frogs,and other small insects. Remember it's their habitat.
The access to the lodge is best from hazyview. Again it's not a highway, but paved.
I definitely recommend Assante to anyone wealing to have a time with nature.

Pros:

I loved the whole esthetic of the place, the garden was amazing and pool was just so beautiful. The entire place was just so beautiful. The rooms were so spacious and clean, I loved that even the rooms on the ground floor had balcony spaces, and absolutely appreciate the aircons as well. The place is also very close to town so that was very convenient

Cons:

I did not like that the water in the shower was cold. My sister ended up catching the flu for that reason so that wasn't good. The taps in the bathroom, specially in block 6B were broken, the door in 6A was broken and there were no hangers in the wardrobes. Regular maintenence is required.

Pros:

The customer service from employees more especially the ladies at reception and waiters and chef including the gentleman who works there.

Cons:

The place requires care and proper maintenance to improve it's potential it is in great however no preventative maintenance done on the property every is falling apart from simple thinks such carpentry, air-conditioning, deep cleaning and ceiling repainting doors repair

The staff at Asante Mountain Lodge were absolute gems! Super friendly, attentive, and made our stay truly unforgettable.
Pros:

I had an incredible stay at Asante Mountain Lodge! The views, service, and overall experience were top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in the mountains! 🌟 5/5 stars

Our stay was awesome, we will definitely come back again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Alfred, the security guard at the gate, was especially helpful — he assisted us with our bags when we arrived and also helped us during our braai day.

Breakfast was excellent — a full English breakfast that was absolutely on point.
