Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Guter Kaffee, das angebotene Spiegelei habe ich abgelehnt

Cons:

Ich konnte zwar nicht früher einchecken, war aber kein Problem weil ich trotzdem auf dem Parkplatz mein Auto abstellen durfte

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Hilfe beim Koffertragen, Frühstück mit allem, was dazu gehört, besonders genossen habe ich den Blick ins Grüne beim Frühstücken, auch eine Terrasse ist vorhanden, die vermutlich zum Frühstück genutzt wird, wenn es nicht so heiß ist schon vormittags.
Mobiliar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein ruhiger, freundlicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Herzlake!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten in Herzlake und mitten im schönen Emsland, optimal für Radtouren. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.

Pleasant comfortable stay and would be more than happy to stay again

Cons:

Musste 15 min vor verschlossener Türe warten. Mitarbeiter (oder Chef?) war auch später wieder spurlos verschwunden.

- keine Sauna, wie auf Internetseite ersichtlich
- Daher Frühabreise. Stornierung wird zugesichert.
- Kullanz wird versprochen aber nie umgesetzt.
- Rückmeldungen erfolgen viele Wochen auch nach Nachfragen nicht
- Fragen nach Geschäftsführern und Inhabern werden abgeblockt

Unser Unternehmen empfiehlt dieses Hotel seinen Partnern in der Region nicht mehr.

Warm!
Pros:

Ruime kamers en de ligging.

Cons:

Het was ontzettend warm op de kamer (buiten ook!), er was geen koeling op de kamer. We hebben uiteindelijk zelf ventilatoren gekocht. Het was wel een erg warm weekend overigens…

De douche bleef niet op temperatuur. En douchen was met de warmte wel noodzakelijk.
