Great location, clean, friendly and comfortable. Perfect!
Pros:

Location was just 2 streets back from the main pedestrian area. We parked easily on the street in front. Very welcoming, organised our travel to Valbona. We left early but let us make sandwiches in the kitchen and also arranged and paid for a taxi after they mis-informed us of the bus collection point and were very apologetic. A lovely old building with interesting artefacts, clean, great showers. We also stayed here when back in Shkoder after our hike.

Cons:

Everything suited us perfectly.

מלון מפתיע לטובה!!! התארחנו זוג ו4 מתבגרים בשני חדרים. המיקום מושלם!! המלון מצוחצח, חדרים מרווחים ונוחים. העיצוב של המלון מיוחד ממש. זהו מלון משפחתי וכולם אדיבים ומסבירי פנים. היה בוקר שלא הספקנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר כיוון שיצאנו מוקדם, הם הגישו לנו קפה, מיץ תפוזים ועוגות לפני שיצאנו.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

Un preț corect pentru servicii corecte.
Pros:

Locație excelentă, curățenie, cameră relativ modernă , micul dejun suficient, parcare subterană. Am stat doar două nopți, dar după prima au schimbat prosoapele. 😀

Cons:

Intrarea/ieșirea din parcare. Foarte abruptă.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. Parking is available either in the garage (be aware that the entrance is very steep) or on the street.
We were leaving for Theth at 6:45 a.m., before breakfast service started, and the hotel kindly prepared a pastry for us to take with us, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

On the downside, there was no one at the reception when we arrived. We eventually found an older housekeeper who didn't speak any English, so communication was quite difficult. Although the hotel states that credit card payments are accepted, the receptionist on duty when we checked out neither spoke English nor knew how to use the card terminal. In the end, we had to pay slightly more than expected because she was unable to convert the amount from euros to Albanian lek correctly.
Overall, we didn't feel that the staff were particularly willing to accommodate our requests.

Pros:

L'hotel è in centro, posizione perfetta per uscire la sera, vicino a supermercati e atm. A 15 minuti di macchina dal Castello di Rozafa. Le camere sono molto pulite e curate. L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e ci ha aiutato a risolverlo.
