Очень понравилось, гостиница большая и просторная. Вкусный завтрак, чистота.
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля в центре города, номер который я взяла с двумя балконами. Завтрак был очень вкусный и разнообразный, понравился кофе и чистота в отеле.

Понравилось расположение в самом центре.

Cons:

1. Пришлось выпрашивать вторую карту для супруга так как мы планировали разъехаться. Муж должен был уйти, а я чуть позже. Если отдавал карту то кондиционер не работает и свет в номере отсутствует. Сначала мне сказал менеджер что карт нет, потом я снова подошла и настояла и он тут же дал мне вторую карту хотя минуту назад снова сказал что карт нет. Неприятный осадок остался.
2. На завтрак попалось тухлое вареное яйцо, а мужу крылышко было не свежее. Благо остальное свежее было.

Чисто, уютно, кровать комфортная, белоснежная постель, персонал вежливый, оперативно отрабатывают запросы (утюг, вазы для цветов все в наличии). Благодарю за высокий сервис! Вернусь одназначно к вам.

Отличный отель! Очень чисто, комфортно, тихо, рядом отличный ресторан, работает круглосуточно, очень все вкусно, приветливый персонал, особенно хотим отметить безопасность района, мы бы вернулись еще раз в этот отель, прекрасный завтрак
