الرطوبة قوية في الغرفة الأرضية التي كنت فيها مع أن حجزي كان لغرفة اخرى ولكن لان وصولي كان بوقت متاخر كانو قد اختارو لي الغرفة الاخيرة المتوفرة وهي سيئة ولن اكرر اقامتي بهذا الاوتيل

Personeli cok kaba heleki bir orta yasli adam var egitimsiz terbiyesizin teki, sözde otel müdürüymüs, yoldan gecenler icin yapilmis otel ama insana bu kadar saygisizlik olmaz, sonucda parasini aliyorsunuz. otel sahibi ve calisanlari kendi eviniz acaba ölemi, evinize gelen misafire cis kokulu ve pislik icinde odami aciyorsunuz, utanmaz pislikler. The location is very good, near havaist bus (2 minutes) and Aksaray metro station and Aksaray tramway. The receptionist is kind, although there is no bagage storage room, he kept our bagage in the reception for two hours and half: thank you a lot.

Pros:

We’ve been to Istanbul five times, but stayed at this hotel for the first time — and we absolutely loved it! Everything was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We had no issues at all during our stay. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we visit Istanbul!
